The Wrocław prosecution requests detention for erstwhile justice Tomasz Sz., who resides in Belarus

The Wrocław D.A. announced the decision to press charges against erstwhile justice Tomasz Sz., and applied for a temporary arrest against him. The case concerns the alleged hatred crime in which the abuse of powers is alleged by public officials serving in the Ministry of Justice. According to the prosecutor's message, "Tomash Sz. hides from law enforcement authorities while in Belarus". Despite the prosecution's efforts, it should be stated that this conclusion, if the court finds it positive, will be completely useless, due to the fact that Belarus will not give Poland the wanted Tomasz Sz.

Charges and Arrest Application

In the course of an investigation into the hatred crime, the prosecutor filed a motion for the provisional arrest of Tomasz Sz. The erstwhile justice is suspected of committing crimes within an organized crime group. This group was to act against the judges of the general courts, especially those connected with the Association of Polish Judges Iustitia. As the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Wrocław announced on Friday, the case is gaining momentum, and the prosecution is attempting to initiate procedures for searching for the fishy with a BOLO.

Need for a BOLO

The decision to apply for arrest is dictated by the request to initiate a search for the fishy with a BOLO. As noted, “at present, Tomasz Sz. is not in his place of residence and is hiding from law enforcement authorities while in Belarus”. The prosecution's actions are intended to find the whereabouts of the erstwhile justice and bring him to justice.

Proceedings of Officers and the Heited Affair Scale

The investigation conducted by the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Wrocław besides includes an examination of actions undertaken by a number of public officials, including the Ministry of Justice.
