Presidential prerogative

During respective debates before the election of the Polish President, many questions were raised in various matters, including those on which the president has small influence. On the another hand, there was no question about the award of the title of prof. (the alleged Belvedere), although this is the sole prerogative of the President. It would be interesting to hear a candidate, after being elected president, Stops the galloping inflation of the title. Or will he quit this prerogative, since in high-level countries presidents or kings of professorial nominations do not deal with?

Today we have plenty of professors, and we complain about deficiency of elites. Sometimes it is argued that our elites were murdered due to the fact that Sonderaktion Krakau, Katyn... But since then, many academics have been given professorial degrees and never, in more than 1000 years of past of Poland, we did not have so many professors, besides doctors, masters formed by professors. president Andrzej Duda gave nearly 6,000 professorial titles during his word of office.

So the titles are, but the elite are missing, and that's what it is. The level of the elite depends on what Poland will be like. When the elites were on the level, Poland was a power, and present before the elections no 1 even asks, what the candidate will do erstwhile he becomes president, so that the elites are on a level, both intellectual and moral. Professors of the “old date”, even if after any time they prove to be frauds, plagiarisms, the president cannot claim the title. Cheaters have acquired rights and can proceed to cheat themselves without hazard of losing the title. Only those “new date” cannot sleep peacefully if they cheat. This is the “law” and the president should do something about it, but someway there is no greater interest in specified socially harmful pathology. After respective reforms, the academic domain is increasingly devastated, both intellectually and morally. erstwhile the communists installed their system, they were more curious in educating their supporting communism professors, although Fr.Józef Maria Bocheński referred to these as scientifically “sucks” as a product of a decaying society. After the alleged fall of communism, the rotting product even more decomposed. The president should halt it.
