It is simply a beautiful name for which there is an excuse for openly breaking the law and constitution in the name of "restore the regulation of law". Today, it is clear that our warnings were legitimate.

The government regularly violates laws, global law and the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and fails to respect the 3 divisions of power – ignoring the decisions of the Constitutional Court, taking over constitutional bodies by force, breaking door locks and cabinets at the office of the National Court of Justice and public television, detaining MPs, including MPs protected by global immunity, applies mining detention on the priest to force evidence of political opponents.

In this situation many afraid about the destiny of the Homeland of patriots lose hope and religion in the defence of Poland against full power.

Police enter the office of the independency March

Our lawyers have late become involved, among another things, ]]>in defence of the organizers of the independency March]]>. The government is doing everything to prevent Polish patriots from commemorating 11 November, going to the... forceful police intrusion into the office of the Association of independency Marches, breaking castles, searching documents, computers, telephones, questioning at the police station and visiting the March organizers' houses at 6am.

How did this happen? Adam Bodnar ordered a series of proceedings to resume, which had long been closed by law enforcement. 1 of them concerns the associate of the independency March 2018! It was within this process, 2 months before the next March, that the D.A. decided to enter the office of the independency March Association, seeking... data from 1 of the 250,000 participants in the March six years ago.

The service did not want to get the essential data in a average way. alternatively of asking for the release of recordings or documents, it was decided to set the case under the media, tearing the lock at the door and entering the building forcefully. respective twelve policemen were withdrawn from another assignments to check all wardrobe, desk and drawer for hours; to review each binder. We are besides helping with the case of Fr Michał Olszewski, who has been in custody for almost six months in connection with alleged irregularities in obtaining funds from the Justice Fund for the construction of a centre for victims of crime. Adam Bodnar's prosecutor's office makes specified absurd allegations towards you as participation in an organized criminal group or money laundering, despite the fact that the construction of the centre was almost completed, and that "dirty money" comes from... the state budget.

For now, the court postponed the case until 18 October – among another things, due to the fact that the interior safety Agency and the Police inactive did not pass to court recordings from the first fewer hours after the arrest of the clergyman (although it has been 6 months!). In the meantime, the justice of the Warsaw territory Court Magdalena Wójcik, who had previously decided to extend the temporary detention for Fr Olszewski... was promoted – she was appointed president of the VIII Faculty of Penal Division of the Warsaw territory Court.

The lawyers of Ordo Iuris have prepared this case ]]>the opinion of the ‘friend of the court’,]]> in which we pointed out the unreasonable and cruel measures to be applied to Fr Olszewski – specified as prolonged depriving of meals, preventing the usage of the toilet, hours of cuffing, exposing the public during the convoy's journey, or thwarting the conversation with the lawyer.

He insulted the Polish emblem, but... the prosecution is on his side.

The prosecution under Adam Bodnar's regulation is very determined to prosecute political opponents and critics of the ruling coalition. At the same time, prosecutors can number on provocations, insulting Polish national symbols...

In August, the Public Prosecutor's Office decided to ]]>revocation of the indictment]]> directed against Adam “Nergal” D., who was accused of insulting the Polish emblem. In the proceedings in advancement since 2016, the territory Court in Gdańsk has twice acquitted the defendants, but the sentences were abrogated by the Gdańsk Court of Appeal following the appeals of the prosecutor. The final decision to repeal the case was taken on 5 February 2024 erstwhile the Court of Appeal of Gdańsk referred the case for re-examination, stating unequivocally that the graphics promoting the album "Rzeczpospolita Niewierna" contained a redesigned state mark of the white eagle.

Unfortunately, the case was yet dropped. Although there was a white eagle in the crown on the "Nergal" poster, which is an apparent modification of the emblem, the prosecution issued an absurd message in which it challenged this apparent fact, stating that "it was so essential to find unquestionably what the state emblem was and, above all, to measure whether it contained the contested graphics."

The prosecution's doubts about what a emblem is are absurd. In the justification of his judgment, the Court of Appeal of Gdańsk, which relied on 2 opinions of expert graphic designers and heraldicists, had previously cited all the clear similarities to the state emblem, stating that the doubts “did not raise, in the current state of the case, in the light of the circumstances revealed, but besides after viewing the poster—that the first graphic mark utilized in the poster and its direct inspiration was the white eagle. This is evidenced by the stretched wings, erect, facing in the right heraldic direction, has 3 rows of feathers, shading feathers on the body and wings, positioning and spacing of the darts in the tail, spacing of the claws.” But it's not adequate for the prosecutor's office, Adam Bodnar, who wanted to side with Nergal at all costs...

Together we will defend the regulation of law in Poland

Although the wave of lawlessness and arrogance of power evokes hopelessness in many Polish patriots today, we cannot break hands. I believe that we can win in combating the notoriously law-breaking power, due to the fact that our lawyers have already repeatedly shown that they can bring about a triumph of law – even in situations that seemed impossible.

Therefore, patriots and values defenders, persecuted by the government and courts, will always be able to number on free support from Ordo Iuris lawyers. Many of them would never be able to afford the support of professional lawyers, so they would be sentenced to an unequal fight with Adam Bodnar-controlled prosecutors.
