Officers found his skoda vehicle parked in a forest parking lot by national road 16. As it turned out, Georgian did not have the right to drive. While searching the car, officers secured food and alcohol items worth about 120 PLN. As it turned out, they came from a robbery that occurred the same morning in another store in Kajkowo.

The monitoring evidence clearly confirmed the participation of men in both thefts, the full value of which was PLN 1,800. The perpetrators were detained and brought to the territory Police Command in Ostróda, where they went to police custody. In turn the vehicle utilized in thefts was secured and towed into a police parking lot. Men confessed to the alleged acts. Additionally, they were checked for the legality of their stay in the territory of Poland.

“After proceeding and presenting the charges, Georgian citizens were transferred to Border defender officers from Olsztyn with a request for a decision requiring men to return to their country of origin due to their violation of law in force in Poland” – reads the police communication.
