Motto:

"Everything that affects the quality of our lives should be analysed from time to time".

Jarek Zienkiewicz

Workhouses. Urban communications. Directions to work and school, a network of streets or highways. Buses, trams, taxis. Cinema, restaurants, performance halls. Stations, offices, cemeteries. This should all be planned and implemented in specified a way as to enable the least problematic functioning of the urban community. There are people who do this. Paid for by taxpayers' money, which is ours.

Theoretically, infrastructure planning should aid solve the problems that have arisen with the improvement of the automotive industry. So let's look at what it looks like now, in reality.

In 1 of the most crucial German cities in the absolute centre there are 2 immense buildings. These are patent offices. There are 2,200 people working in Germany, 3500 in Europe. I mean, only to these 2 buildings goes all day with 5,700 people. If we presume that buildings are besides visited by various kinds of petents, we can presume that about 6000 people decision regular usually in the morning towards downtown. What do you think? How many people from over a million cities do patent cases there all day? With large probability, we can presume that most of the petents are from outside this city. Which means they gotta take the train or fly in first. But even if all activities were done online or in writing, what is the point of these offices being in the centre of ACCOMPANED in the morning hours of the city?

Thousands of people come to the same city to work from cities and towns that are frequently 100 km away. A individual surviving 60 km from the centre of this town needs an average hr to get to work and an hr to get home. Assuming she works 5 days a week, it's easy to number how much time she has to spend in a car all year. 5 days times 2 hours is 10 hours a week. Which is about 40 hours a month. If he has a month's leave, he spends eleven months on 440 hours. If you divide it for 24 hours, you get over 18 days. That's 3 working weeks and 3 days. Assuming that 1 hr of travel is besides 60 km this individual drives 26 400 km a year utilizing (at 6 l/100 km) 1584 liters of fuel. The price of EUR 1.5 per litre will be EUR 2376. Do you know how pleasant it is to spend 3 weeks with about 2.4 1000 euros? I know.

These were 2 examples of what reality looks like. specified examples can be multiplied. So far, no 1 has tried to change it for the better. On the contrary. You do everything to make things worse. To have an explanation for all restrictions and prohibitions. There are ways that can be successfully called ‘below the belt’.

Let us now effort to look at these peculiar ways of making us happy by people who are actually planning urban infrastructure. I noticed changes in the concept of city planning beginning in the 1990s. The streets began to be closed to another cars than those of the people surviving there. It was about "rich and important" districts. These were the “first swallows” of the trend, from which another tool was now made to transform the money of “normal” people into the richest ones. Of course, as usual under the appearance of doing "good" for the world, or as if for ourselves.

For more than 30 years, gradually, slow in the kind of "babe cooking" the infrastructure has been rebuilt in a way that, alternatively of facilitating and helping traffic participants on the streets, has put the main emphasis on limitations, which are nothing but simple harassment. And to make it more fun, traffic is created in various ways. By narrowing the streets or ‘adequate’ the control of the lights at the intersections and in those places where these stoppers appear must be placed the measuring devices. We know the results. Then, under the appearance of wanting to improve the situation, various restrictions are introduced. Drivers, even if they announcement these chicanas, are already usually so “prepared” that they think this is happening for the general good or theirs too. A fewer years ago, a general pace of 30 km/h was attempted in 1 large city. This has met with the harsh opposition of the locals. It seemed like the case was quiet. For the next 4 years, schools, kindergartens, old age homes were allowed to be opened on the main streets. After 4 years, road signs were on the main streets limiting velocity to 30 km/h. Under most of these marks, signs bearing the inscriptions ‘school’, ‘preschool’ or ‘retirement home’ are attached. Where there is nothing from the above institutions it turns out abruptly that you gotta drive these max 30 to not make noise. The subject of the inhalation of more exhaust gas by children and older people never occurred. Although it is logical that if these buildings were standing on the side streets, the exhaust burden would be much smaller. This example shows perfidia and even sadistic tendencies of people who receive money for working theoretically and officially to aid people.

It is apparent that the inhabitants of specified cities are to any degree to themselves. Only what someway justifies their deficiency of firm consequence is that they have been subjected to circumstantial brainwashing for years.

When describing these events I would like to make you aware of what awaits us besides in Poland. All these examples are simply copied. Or do any people think that any “Polish” ideas were created by people who studied in the direction of “repair of glass surfaces with adhesive tape”?!?

The trend of "calling" the automotive industry, which started in Germany, as can be seen from any examples, has already reached Poland. This is simply a global phenomenon and has respective sources.

I think we can effort the alleged conspiracy theories here.

Imagine, for example, a multibillionaire. (I.e. a individual who has influences.) 1 that just due to the fact that he has quite a few money thinks he's 1 of the most crucial people in the world. He may even have managed to gain this money honestly, although most frequently it is stolen, robbed or thanks to various financial tricks multiplied in a “wonderful and rather random” way. This belief of its importance stems from the belief that with money it is able to buy any slaughter ready to do any vile thing in the world. How would you feel in his place, like sitting in a Bentley or Rolls-Royce made on a peculiar order, on any Roman or Parisian street standing in traffic in the company of Opla, Dacia, VW or another Renault? Knowing that it takes half an hr to get to the nearest 100 meters. Or standing on board her yacht sees an even larger boat coming up, even more costly and on board a "new" multibillionaire with a gold chain around her neck screaming in any Slavic quagmire?

Here I would look at 1 of the reasons why these “great” think that the planet is overcrowded and that is why we must be “planted”. And, of course, limit or best prevent driving. due to the fact that what should be ‘champ’ master? These “great” forget, as you can see, that the “greatness” in their view owes to the existence of “champoo”. But who of the “great” requires reason, perceptiveness, or empathy? They and many others in the planet are adequate to live and be happy due to the fact that they “have”.

The second component which influenced the current improvement policy (which is more appropriate here is the "callings") of urban infrastructure was the emergence of a group of shrewd sages reluctant to do average work, who, by promising "tears on willows", gained large support in various societies. I'm sorry to admit I was stupid adequate to believe them myself. I have promoted these “truths revealed” where and as I could. I'm embarrassed today. But that was discipline too. It's called green.

In the next part:

The phenomena that deserve to be defined are noticeable in traffic. I'll deal with them and their consequences. As well as a certain, authoritative act of corruption and theft, which has so far barely been noticed. Psychology of punishments in traffic and what follows.

It wouldn't be fair for me to just complain, showing negative phenomena in traffic. In the fourth, final part, I will propose solutions to these problems. In my opinion, they are lying on your palm. You just gotta want to.
