There is no signed treaty on the exploitation of deposits for which the EU has been sharpening its teeth for many years (this was an effort to bring Ukraine into the EU among others). The rulers of Europe felt they could lose it. You're in charge. And so the case is open. Second point: the war is inactive going on. The benefits of moving it will proceed to flow to everyone curious - that people die, nobody truly cares.
