In the latest IBRiS trust poll there was an unexpected change at the top of the ranking. Aleksander Kwasniewski, who was debuting in the ranking, gained 44.4 percent confidence.

He overtook Rafał Trzaskowski, who held the lead for six months, but fell second with a score of 43.6 percent, losing as much as 6.4 percent points. The 3rd place was taken by Andrzej Duda – 40% trust and a clear increase of 6.2 points since the last measurement.

Radosław Sikorski (39%), Karol Nawrocki (37.4%) and Sławomir Mentzen, who recorded the biggest increase – as much as 11.3 points, reaching 35.1 percent, continued in the ranking. He loses Simon Hołownia – only 26.8% trust and a decrease of 6.8 points. He fell out of the lead, landing in fifteenth place – behind specified characters as Lech Wałęsa, Adrian Zandberg (27.1 percent, 9.2 points increase), Krzysztof Bosak or Bronisław Komorowski.

On the another hand, the ranking shows a clear level of distrust towards leaders of public life. The worst rated are: Jarosław Kaczyński (59.6% distrust), Szymon Hołownia (57.4%) and Donald Tusk (55.8%).

Both data from Onet and TVN24 show that political assurance in Poland is highly liquid today. Emotional elections dominate organization loyalty, with media appearances, controversy and freshness. Kwasniewski as a erstwhile president appears as a symbol of stableness and experience, which many voters give a break from current disputes. Politicians from outside the mainstream – Mentzen, Nawrocki or Zandberg – are besides gaining attention from the public.

This poll is simply a informing signal for political phase leaders. Trust is no longer given erstwhile and for all – it changes from week to week. It's not the 1 who shouts loudest, but the 1 who can keep attention and credibility.
