Władysław Bartoszewski is simply a mentor and authority of the Civic Platform converted into a civilian Coalition. The authoritarians of this political and social background come from 1 group that has serious problems with its own life communicative and telling the fact not only about itself. Number 1 in this group is evidently Lech “Bolek” Walęsa, but Władysław Bartoszewski, after a tiny degree, was besides considered a prof. and a distinguished diplomat, and it was he who described his opponents from the Law and Justice Service as "diplomathols".
These words are inactive alive, although they were spoken 18 years ago at the PO Convention in Krakow, but fewer people remember that Bartoszewski said much more and it had nothing to do with the language of diplomacy:
Don't believe frustrates or intellectual deviants who respond to their intellectual problems in the nation. I'm 85 years old. I want to die in a free and unchangeable country! I categorically excuse the insulting of Poland by incompetent members of the government, incompetent diplomats!
The context of this message has besides been forgotten, and this was an allusion to the then head of the MFA Joanna Fotyga, who pursued a fierce policy towards Germany and the European Union, which so enraged the "professor". In the same government from 2005 to 2007, the Minister of Defence was Radosław Sikorski, but after the conflict with Antoni Macierewicz he resigned and Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński accepted it. 12 September 2007 cancer, which is just 17 days before Władysław Bartoszewski spoke, Radosław Sikorski changed political colors and stated that he would run from the PO election list. On October 14, 2007, Sikorski shouted at the rally a combat slogan that stuck to him permanently: “One more battle, we will capture the pack, we will win this battle.” A period later, the erstwhile MON minister in the PiS government, became head of diplomacy in the Donald Tusk government.
Both Władysław Bartoszewski and Radosław Sikorski do not full agree to diplomacy and have proved it many times, but both fit perfectly in the definition of "diplomathols", which is simply a alternatively vicious irony of fate. Sikorski regularly uses a language that resembles conversations at a long break in simple school or in a inexpensive restaurant, alternatively than in a canon of decent Polish. 1 last message clearly confirms the description of the ministerial figure:
I like a political culture in which we do not attack abroad and we appear to foreigners as patriots of our country. The caps don't escape the head of the state, but since the president wants to talk in this climate, I can say that if a politician talks about himself in the 3rd person, that means he's already getting a small crazy. Kindness for kindness.
After a series of defeats Sikorski scored in a duel with Karol Nawrocki and after the president's large success during his visit to the U.S., the nerves did not let go for the first time, which ended in specified a primitive and at the same time infantile reaction. Radosław Sikorski applied respective times for the highest offices, twice for the presidency, but lost in interior eliminations and erstwhile for the position of European NATO chief. He lost everything, among another things, due to the fact that he is simply a highly arrogant politician with a large admixture of cabotinism and even more megalomaniacs, 1 word "diplomathol" which is incapable to overcome its own weaknesses and deficits.
We don't believe in anyone, we don't believe in anything! We look at facts and draw conclusions!
