On Friday, the Civic Coalition Club requested the rejection of the civilian draft bill, a binding government for the implementation of the Central Communication Port programme in the version of the multiannual programme. another clubs and circles declare their willingness to further work on the project.
On the proposal made by the KO during the first reading of the task The parliament will vote next Wednesday. Further work on the task was announced by representatives of PiS clubs, Poland 2050-TD, Left, Confederation and Circles Together. There was no PSL-TD club representative, the position was placed for protocol.
The task obliges the government, the typical of the government for the CPK, the government administration and the peculiar intent company to implement the programme of the Central Port of Communication in the form and agenda contained in the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of 24 October 2023.
The task proposes to prohibit the government from making changes in the programme, consisting of changing its intent and scope, resulting in the hold in the launch of the airport and the completion of the construction of the Warsaw-Łódź railway line beyond 2030. According to the proposal, the government could besides not reduce the backing of the bond scheme.
The task besides requires entities another than the government active in the task to refrain "from any legal or factual action that could straight or indirectly affect the implementation of the Programme within the time limits and on the terms specified therein".
The task besides includes a commitment to transfer all civilian air traffic from Chopin Airport to CPK Airport until 30 June 2031. At Chopin Airport, only investments would be allowed, which will return by the end of 2030.

In his opinion, the task is about convincing the government to carry out a imagination or even a "fatamorganization of the erstwhile power" with schedules "from moss and ferns".
The typical of the current CPK government Maciej Lasek stated in turn that the program in the erstwhile government version was unrealistic, a private investor guaranteed the right to leave the company, and the erstwhile government did not fund the company with more than PLN 3 billion.

In October, protocols of arrangements and agreements for more than 160 ha were signed. More than 90% of residential buildings from the airport area were besides reported to PDN.
At the end of June, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that a fresh airport would be established in Baranów, between Łódź and Warsaw, and it would be the most modern airport in Europe. Ownership supervision is exercised by the Government Plenipotentiary for Central Communication Port.
As part of the CPK programme, the central airport, located between Warsaw and Łódź, is to be established, as well as the strategy of advanced velocity Railways. The fresh airport is initially intended to operate 34 million passengers per year and designed in specified a way that it can be flexibly expanded in the long term, in line with marketplace needs and forecasts.
