Stanisław Michalkiewicz: The Inexorable Laws of Democracy
And how can you disagree with the bronze reflection of the classical of democracy by Joseph Stalin that in elections more crucial than who votes is who counts the votes? On 18 May the presidential elections were held and in Romania and Poland. Everything seems to be the same due to the fact that Romania I Poland belongs to the European Union and the date agrees – but the similarities end there. First of all – that the second circular of presidential elections took place in Romania on 18 May, while in Poland only the first.
Secondly, that in Romania this was the second approach to the presidential election, due to the fact that the first was inactive in November last year. As we remember, in the first circular the best consequence was obtained by an unapproved candidate, Cioran Georgescu. This caused specified a scandal to the local elites, that until the independent ultimate Court had to overturn these elections – that they were expected to be invalid – but it was not enough, and yet the Central Election Commission there “refused” the candidacy of the winner of the “unimportant” first round.
Another unapproved candidate, George Simion, appeared, and on top of that, he again achieved the best consequence in the first round, for over 40 percent of the vote. Another contender to the presidency, the “pro-European” mayor of Bucharest Nicosor Dan achieved a score twice as bad. But the classical of democracy Joseph Stalin knew what he was saying. In the second round, “in the organization of force, which the end of this orgy laid down” appeared and a miracle occurred, which inactive reminds both the Warsaw Judenrat and another progressive editorials.
This time, the votes were counted correctly and thanks to this, the winner was our strangler, “pro-European” Nicosor Dan. Although George Simion claimed that he had won and even demanded that the elections be repeated, but the democracy led yet prevailed: the Constitutional Court ruled that everything was in the best order, means – gites tenteges.
specified miracles over the urn have happened before – as evidenced by an anonymous poem from the late 1940s: “Urna is specified a wonderful box: you throw in: Mikołajczyk – comes out Gomulka”. In the late 1980s, prof. Maria Turlejska threw a light on this purism miracle in the late 1980s, telling the participants of the doctoral seminar with prof. Janina Zakrzewska, as she and another “activists” falsified these elections.
I wonder if Romania was the same, or if the mechanisms of democracy that were led by this time were improved – for example by the usage of artificial intelligence, on which – as it turns out – 1 can besides rely, like independent courts and Central Election Commissions, and who knows, possibly even more?
In our unfortunate country, the first circular of presidential elections seemed to take place not according to the expression of guided democracy, but this spontaneous one, erstwhile sovereigns vote not as “should” but as they want.
Although everyone knew that the candidate was an approved citizen of Trzaskowski Rafał, who was anointed by 2 American Jews, Ronald Lauder, president of the planet judaic legislature and young Soros, who was given the keys to the registry by the old grantor – but another candidates were besides allowed to convince each another of the sovereigns – although pollers or any did not notice, or, if they had to notice, they underestimated them.
That was the case with Grzegorz Braun, who first did not appear in any rankings, and erstwhile he had already appeared, he remained any crumbs of a kind of 1, or in kidnappings – up to 3 percent. Similarly, the candidate “citizen” appointed by the politician of the State Jarosław Kaczyński was kept long distance from the citizen of Trzaskovsky Rafał.
Meanwhile, it turned out that the difference between them did not exceed 1 percent, and Grzegorz Braun achieved a score of more than 6 percent, distancing not only “the head”, that is, the Marshal Holovnia, but besides the favorites of the left both rites. The 3rd place on the list was taken by Mr Sławomir Mentzen of the Confederacy, with a score of almost 15 percent.
This consequence caused Mrs. Aleksandra Kwasniewska to fear so much that false rumours appeared in the city that, for calming, a vet had to be called and Judenrat declared “mobilization”. On the another hand, Sławomir Mentzen noticed that the sovereigns, these are not sacks of potatoes that can be moved 1 way or the another – but in order to make it easier for his supporters to take a decision in the 2nd round, he presented both the winners of the first circular of proposals – among others, that the 1 I would like to gain his support would not sign any fresh EU treaties that weaken Poland's position.
The citizen of Nawrock Charles liked these conditions very much and on Thursday 22 May, after talking to Mr. Mentzen, who had broadcast independent television, in front of the audience Cyrograph signed. Citizen Trzaskowski Rafał inactive hesitates, but he besides liked any conditions very much, so possibly after talking to the parole officer, he will sign everything too. any light on the decision-making mechanisms in specified cases was cast by an unknown public MP Volksdeutsche Partei, the large Honourable Przemysław Witek.
Interviewed by citizen Gozdira Agnieszka, he frankly explained that “What harm is it to promise?” Nothing worse than the truth, so the Volksdeutsche Partei authorities, for betraying the state secret, intend to fine him – but only after the election. But is there any reason to punish the large Venerable Witch of Przemysław for saying verba veritatis, or to reward him for his honesty?
Professor Kazimierz Kąkol was the Dean of Journalism Studies at the University of Warsaw in my time. He utilized to promise many things—but erstwhile individual reminded him of his promises, he replied: “I promised? Then I cancel”. In a social act, then, I remind the citizen Trzaskowski Rafał of this anticipation not due to the fact that there are no rules in politics. On the contrary, in politics, in addition to the mentioned bronze observations of the classical of democracy by Józef Stalin, the rule of rebus sic stantibus besides applies, which is explained: “since things took specified a turn”.
In addition, in Roman law, the clause “condictio propter poenitentiam” was besides required to be released from hasty promises by declaring “poenitet me” – which is explained by the fact that “worship me”. As we see, even in spontaneous democracy, there are many runs, and what if in the second circular it turns out that the model of guided democracy has prevailed – as it did in Romania?
