Today we know that no of these promises will be fulfilled. The government is only working to guarantee that the wellness contribution is not charged... from the sale of fixed assets. It's just fake actions so they can “gloat” that “something” has changed. After the election, “a smiling Poland cannot afford to change.” It is hard to be amazed erstwhile they promised to cut taxes while developing social and more spending. It couldn't have worked – whether it's cynics or fools, let everyone justice themselves.
The interesting thing about the summary of work on the wellness contribution is Richard Petru's proposal, which according to the Ministry of Finance, if it came into force would mean a failure to nearly 7 million people (who would pay a higher contribution) and at the same time reduce the proceeds to the NFZ by PLN 69 billion per year...
