Volunteer of the Pro-Right to Life Foundation heard the final judgement of the court on over PLN 1000 fine for the "distortion of peace" of Gizela Jagielska through the organisation of public prayer of the Rosary under the entrance to the celebrated abortion children just before the birth, infirmary in Oleśnica.

The Wrocław territory Court upheld the conviction of the first instance, according to which Adam, the coordinator of the action of the Pro-Right to Life Foundation in Oleśnica, must pay over PLN 1000 for the "distortion of peace" of Gizela Jagielska through the organisation of public prayer of the Rosary at her hospital.
The conviction afraid the rosary during which volunteers of the Foundation were assaulted by an aggressive man and had to defend themselves with gas, as they showed on the video, which was evidence. Despite this, a highly politicized left-wing court sentenced a volunteer, and the attack of the bandit was dropped.
During the prayer, an aggressive supporter of the utmost left approached the volunteer “Pro-Right to Life” and murdered children. He grabbed her hand and tried to rip her telephone off. another volunteers stood up for her. The man got into a conflict with another prolife activist, Adam. He started hitting him and pushing him. The Foundation filed a announcement on the anticipation of committing a crime, but the case was dropped, as in the judgement of the court, the robbery of praying volunteers was "a legitimate component of the world-view conflict on abortion". According to the Foundation, Poles should be awakened and more people should be mobilised to act decisively and uncompromisingly against killing children in the wombs of mothers. Therefore, on 10 May in Oleśnica, the Foundation organises a large event: the public Way of the Cross through the streets of the city in the intention of converting the Jagielska and stopping abortion.
