Scandalous judgement of the EU-Poland to keep illegal immigrants

According to the latest judgment of the Court of Justice The European Union (TSEU), the comfort of illegal immigrants/asyllants in Europe is the highest good, standing above all others, especially the needs of indigenous Europeans. The associate States are to abandon all another priorities in order to guarantee that they have a roof over their head, a wicket and a furrow.

The scandalous judgement of the TEU was handed down on 1 August. The Court in Luxembourg strengthened the rights of asylum seekers by ruling that the basic needs of asylum seekers must be met even if the welfare strategy of the host country is overloaded. The judgement concerning Ireland pointed out that the country wrongly refused 2 asylum seekers accommodation and material support. The paper stresses that EU countries are required to supply minimum standards, specified as accommodation, food and basic needs, regardless of migratory pressure.

The decision is based on EU Directive 2013/33/EU on asylum policy, which requires associate States to supply asylum seekers with ‘material reception benefits’, that is, ‘accommodation, food and clothing provided in kind or as cash benefits, vouchers, or a combination of these 3 forms of assistance and regular diets’ (i.e. pocket allowances).

The TEU has now clarified that ‘the content of Article 18(9)(b) of Directive 2013/33/EU does not supply any indication that it can be waived if the available housing resources are exhausted due to the mass influx of "third-country nationals seeking protection".

What does that mean? In short, even if there are no housing, due to the fact that the refugees have arrived very much in a short time, they must be given housing; even if there is no budget, they should be provided with food, clothing and pocket money.

Moreover, according to the TEU, absolutely nothing exempts associate States specified as Ireland or Poland. In practice, in the event of another wave of million migration, associate States' governments will cut spending on another areas, especially economical investment, in order to guarantee a "fair life" for illegal immigrants. Nor can we regulation out the introduction of forced quarters, as after planet War II.

Crazy? No – it is simply a left-wing Europe in full swing.
