PSL is simply a political entity about which there are various false myths, and the biggest 1 is that it is simply a folk organization with over a century of tradition and besides an heir to the heritage of Vincent Witos. Even with the top naivety You can't believe this story., even due to the fact that the last 100 years of Polish past cover a period of real socialism. It is actual that the Polish People's organization was created before the war, but after the war the Polish People's organization came and began to deal with the enemies of the folk homeland. 1 of the first victims of this government was the leader of PSL and Prime Minister in exile Stanisław Mikołajczyk.
Mikołajczyk's return to Poland almost ended with tragedy, but yet Mikołajczyk miraculously avoided the death punishment and emigrated to the US. After this event, the PSL yet ceased to be in 1949 and turned into the United People's Party, due to the fact that then everything was united, from the PZPR to the unification, or parody of today's corporation. Whoever knows the past of PSL and modus operandi organization activists, he surely did not feel amazed that PSL president Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz sent out a circumstantial survey to his fellow organization members.
The main question suggested was whether Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz should break the coalition with Donald Tuski and join the coalition with the PiS and the Confederacy if in return he receives the position of Prime Minister. 70 percent of activists said they shouldn't do it, but that's only partial. The fact that Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish raised akin doubts at all demonstrates the atmosphere in the coalition. The PSL is again trying to get what they can out of government. The action carried out with specified momentum had to go outside, and the PSL authorities did not effort to hide the survey at all, on the contrary, the results were made public. Theoretically, this was intended to calm all tensions in the "coalition of 13 December", but it is widely known that conducting the survey itself is nothing but a signal sent to Donald Tusk.
