For weeks now, the Border defender on the western border has been operating under orders from the Tusk Government for Germany, not Poland. She receives from the German police all amount of black and arabian refugees she receives, with left papers proving that they allegedly came to Germany from Poland. Moreover, it attacks Polish citizens who argue a hybrid war led from Berlin.
Bodnar's prosecution is attacking border defenders. Prosecutor's Office of Gorzów Wielkopolski, at the request of the Border defender Unit in Świecki initiating 2 investigations against Poles, spontaneously guarding the gap border. Members of the Border defence Movement were accused of impersonating and insulting Border defender officers.
The first investigation concerns an incidental of 4 June 2025 in Słubice. It was launched by the Border defender “on the exercise on the border bridge of the activities of a public authoritative and the exploitation of misconception of this fact by persons moving on and adjacent to the bridge”. This is an action under Article 227 k.k.
The second investigation concerns events of 29 June 2025 and 30 June 2025. It was launched by the Border defender “on the insulting of Border defender officers in Słubice during and in connection with their service activities”. This is an action under Article 226(1) of the EC Treaty. The intent of the proceedings is besides to call on the net platform to disclose individual data of Border defender officers, i.e. actions under Articles 223a and b.k.
On 2 July, by decision of the territory lawyer in Gorzów Wielkopolski, investigations were taken over to conduct and registered in the territory Prosecutor's Office there. The D.A. is presently getting acquainted with the material of these cases. In the next step, he will decide to entrust them to another competent authorities or to lead them personally.
The fight against Poles defending borders in the situation of abstinence of the state's authorities was supported by the celebrated Judeochristian, claiming to be a journalist, Tomasz Terlikowski. In his broadcast at RMF FM, in conversation with government spokesperson Adam Trapka stated that “You gotta bring in the police, cuff the Border defence Movement and drive them out. It's not a average situation where they do what they do. The usage of force at this point is most legitimate."
In this way, traitors want to free Poles of borders, so that the spread of illegal immigrants by German and Polish-speaking services will flourish without problems.
