In the Sejm, work on the “Speak of Hate” Act began. Its reception will affect the introduction of extremist censorship in Poland. The rights of most Poles will be limited so that LGBT minorities can freely proclaim their propaganda. The president of the Ordo Iuris Institute, Jerzy Kwaśniewski, draws attention to the danger.
As Mr Jerzy Kwasniewski writes in a letter to the sympathizers of the Ordo Iuris Institute, the Sejm began work on the Censorial Law on 13 December. The first vote will be held on 18 December before Christmas. According to the President, Ordo Iuris is simply a deliberate play: Poles, busy preparing for Christmas, will not be able to react.
The originators of the fresh law are to be LGBT movements. The promises were made by the Minister and the Deputy Minister of Justice personally.
“What is simply a promise for LGBT activists is simply a threat directed towards us all – our freedom of speech, our freedom to preach and teach our faith, the freedom to talk the truth,” Jerzy Kwaśniewski wrote.
The bill, he added, is dangerous to everyone. "Questions by journalists, Minister Adam Bodnar confirmed that the fresh law would endanger the prison of e.g. Legia fans for anti-immigrant banner «Refugees welcome» or Polish fans for the banner «GGBT free zone»", he pointed out.
There are now guidelines for prosecutors who will prosecute the alleged hatred speech.
"The persons to be guided are radicals. The leader of the squad is Prof. Aleksandra Gliszczyńska-Grabas, who suggested that Grzegorz Braun's speech of hatred happening in the Polish Parliament should be credited for his speech. The Deputy president is the Warsaw prosecutor Maciej Młynarczyk, who demanded from Rafał Trzaskowski the dissolution of the Association of independency March, due to the fact that during this large patriotic manifestation the cry "with a sickle, erstwhile with a hammer, in a red rumble" is raised. Historically well-known cry of opposition to the totalitarian regime, the prosecutor considered... the “talk of hatred” – wrote Jerzy Kwasniewski.
"The ban on "talk of hatred" besides means a applicable ban on criticism of LGBT lobby political demands. Prison will endanger to say that practicing homosexuality is simply a sin or a pervert. There may be Poles who refuse to usage "gender fresh speech" – e.g. the usage of pronouns and other sex names for people with sex identity disorders. Moreover, it will besides be penalised to say that gays and lesbians are not discriminated against in Poland, which is already recognised by LGBT communities as “a hatred speech”, he added.
After the adoption of the Act, peculiar training will be organised for police, prosecutors, judges, lawyers and legal counsellors; children will besides perceive to LGBT workshops. Everyone should know that the “talk of hatred” is the criticism of progressive demands...
"The task represents a major threat to constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech, which is to be dedicated in the interests of the LGBT lobby. Furthermore, it destabilizes the concept of sex to be understood in the spirit of the sex Convention of Istanbul. As a result, the criticism of allowing men with sex identity disorders to compete in sports with women or to usage women's toilets can be regarded as a “talk of hatred” due to the “sex”. Moreover, the bill, contrary to the declarations, leads to systemic discrimination against citizens who are not members of the LGBT community," stated the president of the Ordo Iuris Institute.
What are the penalties for alleged hatred speech?
"The bill provides that anyone who calls for hatred due to "sexual orientation" or "sex" (understanding genderists as a fluid social construct detached from biological facts) is subject to "imprisonment sentences up to 3′′. On the another hand, people who insult individual due to ‘sexual orientation’ or ‘sex’ are to be ‘finely subject to restrictions on freedom or imprisonment until the age of 2’, said president Ordo Iuris.
In his opinion, what may happen to Poland shortly will affect imposing the dominance of LGBT lobby.
"The experience of many countries clearly shows that the adoption of akin rules in the name of the fight against the “talk of hatred” ends with the creation of an ideological apparatus of censorship that leads to the elimination from the public space of opinions unfavorable to LGBT lobby. In practice, it turns out that what is and what is not “the speech of hatred” is decided by nobody another than LGBT environments. In this way, very quickly, as examples of the forbidden and severely punished “talk of hatred” is considered to mention the moral teaching of the Catholic Church on homosexuality, affirming the constitutional definition of the household and even saying that people with homosexual tendencies are not discriminated against in our country," he noted.
"Despite the stated motivations of the authors of the document, not only does it aim to combat discrimination, but alternatively to introduce solutions discriminating the majority of citizens in favour of the number preferred authors. For example, if a individual identified as a homosexual, homeless individual and father of a household were beaten, the perpetrator of the first of these crimes would have a more severe sentence, only due to the victim's sexual orientation, even if the victim's homosexual tendencies had nothing to do with the motivation of the perpetrator," continued the president of the Ordo Iuris Institute.
Mec. Jerzy Kwasniewski called at the end of everyone to engage in combating censorship and supporting the Ordo Iuris Institute.
Fr Piotr Skargi Association and the portal PCh24.pl are besides fighting the alleged hatred speech. If the Bodnar and Śmishek Act enters into force, many of our articles may be prosecuted as contrary to government lawlessness.
