Limited limited selection

The best run is underway before the May presidential election. If they were to be attended by individual who had no previously defined sympathy and antipathy for political and organization parties, he would actually not know how to behave.

The level of pre-election competition has fallen to specified an degree that present we have primarily graphic or memic duels. So, at least for now, this is another run that is almost completely devoid of real programming content. Until recently, it was given by politicians of 2 parties without properties, PO and PiS, who have been deforming the Polish political scene for years, infantizing it and destroying the seeds of any real discussion. Unexpectedly, a candidate outside the mentioned two-party constellation came to the top. This is, of course, the choice of the fresh Hope and the Confederacy. The phenomenon of his increasing support can be explained by 2 factors. Firstly, it is outside of the existing organization duople (even if it itself admits that the thought of COPIS was close to it in his youth). Secondly, it is able to usage a short, pictorial transmission adapted to the level of most recipients. So it is simply a product of a certain era; it is simply a generational age, which is written, a twelve years younger than competitors, who want to force it to the present times, which sometimes comes out patheticly, sometimes comically.

The selection of candidates for the highest office in the country is systematically limited. Barriers to access to participation in the election itself, the exercise of passive electoral law are established in specified a way that only a fewer can exceed them. Of course, it is simply a request to collect at least 100,000 signatures within a comparatively short period of time. This in turn requires either large money or having a smooth movement with structures across the country (i.e. de facto money). In order to be able to consciously vote for a candidate who best suits our interests, we besides request to be able to learn about his programme proposals. However, in the current media system, even with social media, we frequently do not really know about participation in the electoral competition of all challengers.

Limited choice is made by limited voters. The average citizen is incapable for respective reasons to make an informed vote. Firstly, many of our fellow countrymen are not full aware of the existence of concepts specified as national, group or social interest. The best reflection of this is the tendency to vote any of our Precursors for candidates or groups presenting libertarian or neoliberal positions. The social and economical views voiced by the possible black horse of the upcoming elections are diametrically contrary to the interests of millions of indebted, barely binding the end to the end of Poles. And yet they are ready to vote for him as a man outside the establishment, just as late the Argentines voted for libertarian Javier Milei, and present they are taking to the streets in a motion of despair.

Secondly, presidential candidates do not present realistic programs due to the fact that they know that they are adequate for a collection of frequently inconsistent tictoque slogans and shouts. And that is adequate due to the fact that the average voter is absorbed by things far more mundane than reading the programming papers of politicians seeking his votes. Many of these voters – even those with a small more time to reflect – avoid any reflection on public issues due to the fact that it is besides difficult. They do not realize the basic concepts of state, constitution, law or economics. As a result, they vote on those who have better enhanced faces on their images, organize louder happenings, or simply look at them more frequently from the screen of the TV, computer monitor or smartphone.

For the above reasons, the excitement of the President's upcoming elections seems alternatively idle unless we want to draw any intellectual and sociological diagnoses on the basis of them, identifying our state as a society. This does not change the fact that in these elections respective candidates with something crucial and interesting to say have been registered. That's something. possibly this run will be a small more useful in the educational sphere than in previous, completely explained from all thought.
