Korea: A kid aged Felka of Oleśnica was killed. Doctor arrested for murder

With a striking difference, Polish and Korean law enforcement authorities reacted to akin cases of the killing of an unborn child. Gizela Jagielska from the infirmary in Oleśnica suffered no consequences after the death of a man capable of surviving outside the body of Felk's mother. The court in Korea ordered the arrest of a doctor who carried out a akin procedure in this Asian country. An unscrupulous doctor is simply a fishy in a homicide.

Last year, a shocking case of infanticide occurred in a Korean hospital. A female – known for her work on Youtube – reported to the facility in 36 weeks of pregnancy with the intention of killing an unborn child.

She didn't say no at the scene. The bloody intent has been accomplished. According to the Korean prosecutor's office, the birth was induced, after which the born child, capable of surviving outside the mother's body, was left unassisted while waiting for his death. From the shocking videoblogger event, she posted the video online.

In consequence to the beastly incident, police secured medical records and telephone calls suspected of complicity in the murder. In total, it was established that 9 people could commit crimes – including the doctor himself, who participated in the induced birth and left no action against the kid and the infirmary director.

On Saturday, June 28, a Seoul court justice issued a warrant to arrest suspects, indicating the hazard of destroying evidence in the case.

“The Korean Medical Association condemned the incident, stating: “The fetus in Week 36 is simply a kid who could last if it were born, and abortion at this phase is tantamount to murder”, recalled the portal opoka.org.pl.

There is no clear limit in Korea to the age at which the execution of an unborn kid is legally acceptable.
