INVITATION TO THE SILENCE MARCH

Invitation to the Silence March With deep sadness and in a spirit of solidarity, we invitation all residents of Toruń and surrounding areas to participate in the March of Silence, which will take place on 6 July 2025 (Sunday). We're scheduled to begin at 3:00. The collection place is the Old marketplace Square in Toruń under the Copernicus monument. The planned way of the march is: Old marketplace Square, Wide, Queen of Jadwiga, St Catherine's Square, Dobrzyńska, Toruń Peace Square, Park Glasia. We plan to finish the march at about 4:30 p.m. The march will take place in silence and focus, as an expression of respect for the tragically deceased 24-year-old Claude, who lost her life as a consequence of a violent attack in Glasia Park. It is simply a minute of common reflection and memory, but besides a motion of support towards the household and close to Claudia. This march is simply a motion of unity beyond divisions — for anyone who wants to honor Claudia’s memory with dignity, peace and compassion. We ask you to bring us flowers, white flowers or another symbols of memory. Let our silence talk louder than words. Respectfully, Przemysław Binkowski
