Rafał Trzaskowski is on the forehead of the presidential race, gaining 30.4% support in the latest IBRiS poll for the weekly "Politics". This is the highest score in the study, but well below electorate expectations.
Behind Trzaskowski is simply a citizen candidate with the support of PiS, Karol Nawrocki, with a score of 24.9%. The 3rd place is taken by Confederate leader Sławomir Mentzen (12.9%), clearly falling distant from the first two, but maintaining a clear advantage over the remaining candidates.
Simon Hołownia from the 3rd Road received 7.3 percent support. Magdalena Biejat from Nowa Lewica can number on 4.3 percent and Adrian Zandberg from the organization full for 3.3 percent. A surprise can be the 2-percent support for writer Krzysztof Stanowski, who is just starting his adventure with politics.
The lower results are recorded among others by Grzegorz Braun (1.3 percent), Marek Jakubiak and Joanna Senyszyn (0.9 percent each), Artur Bartoszewicz (0.4 percent), and Maciej Maciak (0.2 percent each).
However, not only do names attract attention. A crucial proportion of respondents – 11.2% – could not identify the candidate. Even more people declare that they do not intend to vote: 25.3% said "no" and 13.6 percent "no" would take part in the elections.
The survey besides showed a average assessment of the current ruling coalition (KO, 3rd Road, Left). Only 6.5% believe that "strongly meets expectations" and 29.9% believe that "more or little so". As many as 57.4% of respondents express discontent or skepticism.
The survey was conducted by CATI method on 16-17 April 2025, on a example of 1067 people.
Conclusions? Rafał Trzaskowski builds a strong position, but the final solution is inactive far away. The results besides show a large social distance towards the full political class — many Poles inactive do not know who they will vote for or whether they will go to the polls at all.
