The PiS MP explained on the ZET radio that Onetu could not be sued in electoral mode due to the fact that he did not formally agitate against 1 candidate. However, it turns out that even the lawyer of the portal claims otherwise.

Czarnek besides added that even though Nawrocki's staff had a 1000 witnesses to justify Onetu's guilt, this ruling would be negative anyway, due to the fact that it is simply a coordinated action against a candidate supported by the Law and Justice.

Initially, Onet misquoted Przemysław Czarnek as saying that Onet would cease to exist, which utilized supporters of Rafał Trzaskowski to bring out the impact.
