This is the first case of the introduction of an emergency state (war or exceptional) in Poland since the martial law in 1981. Freedom restrictions are beautiful strong. In the exceptional area, among others, the presence of unauthorised persons, the taking of photographs and films fixing border devices and the officers themselves is prohibited, and the activities of the services are taken out of public information.
The ban on gathering around the border can be explained in any way, but the ban on access to public information from the activities of the services has no applicable justification. It is besides unclear why it is forbidden to evidence the actions of officers. All of this causes that there is no transparency of action. The activities of the services were already suspicious: blocking the exile camp with cars, jamming with sound signals or silence of officers in the activities. The government besides could not clearly show the public how the border is going in the advanced Usnars to dispel any doubts about the territory of the immigrant camp, although this is simply a simple thing.
There was besides a communicative that Polish services are allegedly well prepared to attack from Russia or its allied Belarus. These are the groups of unarmed immigrants that affect the military to defend the borders, they put up fast grievances and fences, the rulers are talking about the "hybrid war", and the state of emergency is yet declared.
As a justification for the state of emergency, not only the influx of illegal immigrants is given, but besides the exercises of the West 2021 (Запад-2021), led by the troops of Belarus and Russia. These exercises are not dangerous to Poland and akin are held regularly, and those called the West all fewer years. These are purely defensive exercises and do not pose any threat to anyone around them. Why would it be any different now? Belarus has all right to defend its own state and there is nothing unusual about it.
Unfortunately, all these circumstances don't look good. It's not clear what's going to happen. On both sides we have borderers and soldiers, and between them we have groups of illegal immigrants. Just any vague situation, individual shoots, takes down a border defender and the war is ready. So far, at least we could find who was responsible. Now there is an open field for various provocations towards Belarus. However, they were already reached, e.g. on 29 April 2021 between 2:02 and 2:03 the Polish Mi-24 strike chopper "accidentally" violated Belarus' airspace.
