We do not know whether all humans, but we know that all highly developed human civilizations are faster or later. Mechanics are always the same:
- Beginning in Africa: The suns have been created in central Africa in large-scale fusions at IQ. In this region, there can be a million years – like chimpanzees – if the tides do not change.
- Great migration: Some people left Africa, with thousands of years in Asia and Europa. In a larger climate with clear roles of the year, a strong selective preliminaries advance higher IQs.
