as part of the cycle: ‘I tutor candidates for the office of president of the Republic of Poland’
In listening to the ongoing debates of candidates for the office of president of the Republic of Poland, 1 conclusion can be drawn: the current candidates are random people who not only do not realize the competences of the first individual in the country, but at the same time do not represent any fresh quality in both Poland's interior policy and in relation to the challenges of abroad policy.
Poland needs extremist changes if it is to regain its global presence and give the Poles the impetus, make tools and set directions for the recovery of the country of the Polish nation – safe, sovereign and as much as possible.
A fewer months ago I participated in any not rather well thought out by the initiators, and all the more organized enterprise called “Presidential Laws 2025”.
I share below, without a request to respect copyright, my several-point presidential program maintaining its current status.
PRESIDENT’S PROGRAMME
It is crucial for both the long-term and current policy of the state and the interests of the Polish people. This is due to the strongest legitimacy given by the national general and direct elections to a circumstantial candidate for president of the Republic of Poland. The president can make full usage of specified tools as: peculiar means of communication with the public, legislative initiative, referendum initiative, ratification of global agreements and the anticipation of their termination, approval of a number of key positions in the state's structure, and the authority over the state's armed forces.
Password: In the coming word the president will begin the process of revival of Poland and reconstruct dignity to Poles!
1. The president with the voice of a nation
- Presidential Council.
*with representatives of the Polish world
- president as guarantor of the implementation of Articles 1 and 4 of the current Constitution
-A message to the nation as the main communication tool
-national referendum as an unquestionable tool for selecting Poles
-President spokesperson and guarantor of the ownership position of Poles
*Natural resources are national assets
2. Peace and vicinity Programme
- Polish entity stabilizing Europe
- normalisation of relations with Russia, Belarus; retreat from unilateral proatlantic policy towards multi-directional openness (the Far East and mediate East, countries of America Pd and Africa)
- confirmation of inviolability of borders with Germany and Ukraine
-the initiative to make an area in Central Europe without tactical atomic weapons and offensive conventional weapons
3. request for a fresh constitution
- constitutional commission (small constitution of sovereign and law-abiding Poland)
-Constitutional commission
- rejection of the dictatorship and almost omnipotence of the alleged European law
4. Refrain from the current position of neocolonial, vassal and expeditionary Poland
-suspending Poland's presence in the EU pending its transformation towards a country Europe
*tolerating the barrier of Polish national property
*reduction of Poland's improvement opportunities (energy, Green Deal),
*unacceptable moral and cultural dictatorship contrary to the UN Charter and global Pacts
- balance of benefits and losses of EU accession
- review of the privatisation processes of strategical departments and companies in Poland
-Poland free of abroad military bases in its territory
5. Justice and law – a essential order of social governance
-social magistrates of peace
- The Council of Legal Ethics at the President
-A spokesperson for civilian rights in the structure of the office of President
- liquidation of private companies with individual data (National Debt Register, private debt collectors, liquidation of debt trading, liquidation of parabanks and debt companies)
6.Security and Defence of the State
-military, intelligence and counterintelligence services straight to the authority and structure of the office of President
-restoration of universal military service (9-12 months)
-education and civilian protection practice in the secondary and tertiary education programme
Conclusion: Poland must regain its independency and global respect, and Poles must be truly liable for their safety and prosperity. Poland must become a sovereign state !!!
