In Wrocław, the Railway defender Patrol noted car on Ukrainian registration numbers, moving a hose. Officers thought they were dealing with another example of a drunken “war refugee”. However, it turned out that behind the wheel of the vehicle was a 15-year-old girl with no license, who - according to her own translations - wanted to learn to drive. She allegedly did not know that she posed a threat in public traffic.
15-year-old Ukrainian female confused Poland with her chaotic country. During the night patrol on the tracks at the Wrocław Main Station, the Railway Protection defender patrol stopped the Kia car for individual control. Suspected officers aroused different behaviour of the driver – the car was moving across the full width of the roadway, suggesting the anticipation of driving under the influence of alcohol.
As it turned out, a 15-year-old Ukrainian citizen was behind the wheel. Next to her, her sister and her lover were in the car for 10 years. The group explained that she was teaching a girl to drive a car. In practice, however, the older couple were under the influence of alcohol and only the underage were not drunk. The case went to the police, and the child's destiny will be decided by the household court. Those who have allowed her to drive can besides endure criminal consequences.
The case is dealt with by the Wrocław Rakowiec Police Station, which conducts further investigations. Officers shall examine how this dangerous situation has occurred and what legal steps will be taken against adult passengers.
