Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord, known as Talleyrand – French statesman, politician and diplomat, French minister of abroad affairs, diocesan bishop of Autun, Prince of Benevent, a supporter of the French Revolution and secularization of ecclesiastical goods, was a precursor to Polish play against Polish national interests.
After Poland regained independency in the 20th century with akin skill in 1939, we were played again by alleged allies.
Historical analogy
When we entered the war with Germany we stood de facto Alone and as the first against the Nazi war machine, despite the alliances concluded with France and the United Kingdom. Currently, as at the end of the 1930s, Poland as “the east flank of NATO” is selected for war activities in Ukraine. The argument is vividly reminiscent of the argument distributed in Warsaw a fewer 100 years ago by Talleyrand, encouraging Poles to march to Moscow.
People's Poland Behind Peace
After planet War II, during the period of real socialism, People's Poland was a precursor to peaceful activities. The current mainstream media in Poland are silent. Among another things, this subject was raised by Prof. Maria Szyszkowska and the political scientist Dr. Matthew Piskorski at the January conference of Polish patriots in Katowice under the name Lights and shadows of People's Poland,organized by Polish patriotic communities, due to the fact that the time has come for the fact about the PRL, whose past of the IPN and politicians completely lied. The merytorical part of the conference was opened by a historian by education and love, author of books of historical content Jan Engelgard. Speaking in beautiful Polish, he presented the highly crucial question of the participation of post-war opposition groups active in the construction of the People's Poland. The polytologist, Prof. Gratian Cimek with a clear emotional commitment he presented an excellent analysis of the essence of the PRL, in which he correctly notes that after the change of the strategy there has been a period of adverse changes in average human relations.
Memories
Carefully listening to the speeches of subsequent participants of this conference, I moved into the planet of my own memories concerning the PRL. Although my life at the time is associated with pain and suffering – it just got so unhappy then – I find a poem in my memories Władysław Bronewski with a phrase “For this hand raised above Poland, a bullet in the head!”.I remember the odor and taste of Polish rye bread on natural leaven, the excellent taste of milk sold in glass bottles, the taste of smoked fresh cod, dissolved in the mouth. The odor and taste of delicious sausages. A taste of delicious beer weighed in natural ways. I combine my culinary memories with the taste and odor of contemporary food powerfully surrounded by preservatives... Tasteless and odourless ham oversaturated with water, with a long shelf life. Not to mention the dubious qualities of modern "synthetic" beer in a can and with an unnaturally long shelf life, after which I experience dyspepsia and proliferation requiring immediate treatment. I callback the excellent wellness service in the Polish People's Republic, with the immediate availability of the services of specialists. I am affirmative about the fight against theft in the Polish People's Republic, which today, including the “new” system, has become a virtue.
Mandatory lesson
For me, the January conference in Katowice is simply a lesson of history, which all young Pole, feeling a bond with the Homeland and identifying himself as a Pole, should see and perceive carefully, utilizing the video coverage on YouTube. To the degree necessary, street polls conducted periodically in Warsaw by a professional writer Yaroslaw Augustiniak. They can be found on the "Jarosław seeks trouble" channel on YouTube. Among these polls is simply a sad image of educational negligence of Polish youth. And for this reason, I believe there is an highly low level of historical cognition about the PRL, in people with a solid education, cognition of abroad languages and frequently with respective completed faculty, appearing in the tv program "Millionaires" conducted by Hubert Urbański.
Avoid compromise
The above shows that in modern education with full premeditation there has been castration of historical cognition about the People's Poland, which is an integral part of our over a 1000 years of past and should be known to generations of young Poles. For example, so that they do not compromise us – Poland and Poles, by committing various “crossings” (see: Minister Barbara Nowacka).
