We've lived through the times. In which respective people occupying the highest positions in Poland deal with the politics of seasoned jokes. This is nothing new, due to the fact that the deadly serious statements and political decisions of the 9th century began to be intertwined with humorous inserts, which were to inspire the sympathy of the people and to show the intelligence of the narrator, including the dictator.
