The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw decided that the blockade of the nczas.com portal by the interior safety Agency was illegal. – We won with the ABW! – announced the editor-in-chief of the blocked portal Tomasz Sommer on portal X.
There was a ruling on the blocking of the "Highest Time" service. The Provincial Administrative Court found that ABW's activities were ineffective in relation to the nczas.com portal. The editor-in-chief of the portal, Tomasz Sommer, gave a comprehensive comment on the matter. in respective entries on the X portal:
"The court declared the effectiveness of the ABW's activities towards the nczas.com portal – the illegality of the services", "of course, it was the first instance that lasted for a tiny 2 years. The Prime Minister Morawiecki, who agreed to this censorship, will besides get there”.
As described in na the ‘Highest Time’ page, The course of the case was as follows: The page “Highest Time!” nczas.com was unlawfully blocked in February 2023. The case in the Provincial Administrative Court was established by the portal a period later, in March 2023. Thus, 22 months were waited for the first instance. Independently of the judgement of the WSA, in October of last year a notification of the crime by the Head of the interior safety Agency (ABW) was submitted to the territory Prosecutor's Office of Warsaw-Mokotów.
Internet operators on the orders of ABW then disabled access to the ntime.com website. In practice, no one, who utilized the default settings of the Polish DNS servers, could enter the net portal “Highest Time!”. Only changing the configuration on the telephone or laptop and forcing the usage of DNS another than those uploaded by the net supplier allowed you to view articles on the ntime.com.
– This is 1 of the biggest scandals of the 3rd Republic of Poland. We are dealing with a peculiar service, which, for any reasons unclear, unexplained, due to the fact that we have never received any information about what these services are about, blocks the portal ntime.com commented Tomasz Sommer. He besides pointed out that the illegal and unwarranted blockade of the portal resulted in crucial financial losses.
– Every period these losses increase. Not to mention the fact that he forces us to do a different kind of equilibrism there, like the usage of the ultimate Time Foundation as a method to save us from falling.com said during the show on the Rumble Sommer channel. He stressed that he would claim compensation of PLN 100 1000 for each period of blocking the activity of the portal and opportunities to earn.
At the same time, he thanked viewers and readers for supporting free media – especially through the transfer of 1.5% tax. – Fortunately, our viewers are generous adequate to allocate between PLN 300-400 1000 a year to the ultimate Time Foundation. And this money almost entirely – due to the fact that we spend it on our conferences and legal actions – is utilized to keep the portal. If it wasn't for the money, that portal wouldn't be anymore. – he said.
– Fortunately, the money went down over the last 2 years, and that made us able to survive. A major problem is the fact that the portal is registered, is run by 5S Media, a different company than the 1 that publishes the "Highest Time!", and as a result, we keep this company in fact just to fight for it in the future. In general, it's a loss, due to the fact that the portal is inactive blocked, but if we shut down this company, due to the fact that it's taking so long, it's so chronic, so we lose the title for damages. He explained.
The ntime.com website was yet unlocked in late November 2024, which is after 21 months. And not everywhere – there are inactive Polish operators who block access to the portal. Either they didn't open the latest letter from Homeland Security, or they didn't get it from the Polish Post Office.
OUR COMMENTS: By solidarity with the portal “The Highest Time”, we keep our fingers crossed and hope that the editorial board will receive not 100 1000 PLN compensation for each period of blockade, but twice this amount. The services of the Po-PiS Morawiecki and Tuska must yet learn that the time of peer censorship has long passed.
