ABSOLUTE SKANDAL

HOOK ON THE Military method Accademia
The first sign of the illegal activities of the secret WSI group against Members of the Sejm Defence Commission came in December 2000 erstwhile Members were to deal with the Military Education Act.

Secret Recording

- That's bullshit. I do not have the habit of utilizing specified methods – it definitely denies in the conversation with Bronisław Komorowski.
RECOVERY
On the unusual events accompanying the work of the Defence Committee at that time, the then deputy chief of the MON Romuald Sheremietiev tells. – In April 2001, I noticed that crucial information was leaking from our deliberations. Information from the team's work got into the arms industry.
At that time I asked the head of WSI Tadeusz Rusak in writing to take action. I did not wait for an answer, due to the fact that in July 2001, I was cancelled – says “Wprost” Sheremietiev.
Eventually, there were no changes in military education planned by the HR General Staff in 2001 or the award of a multitasking aircraft tender.

DID THE president anticipate THE PUBLICATION OF THE ANNEX TO THE COMOROVIAN GAME?

REPORT FROM THE LIQUIDATION AND THE study ANNEX — KRZYSZTOF SKALSKI ‘NEWSWEEK’
Military Information Services were disbanded on September 30, 2006, where SKW and SWW were established. The only PO MP who voted against the dissolution of the WSI was Bronisław Komorowski.
On 12 February 2007, Antoni Macierewicz submitted the text of the study to the president of Poland Lech Kaczyński. Following consultations with the Prime Minister and the Speakers of the Sejm and the Senate, the study was announced in Polish Monitor No. 11 on 16 February 2007.
SELECTED RECORDS OF THE AGRICULTURAL
"In 15 years, the WSI has seen a number of irregularities and offences, the most crucial of which were identified by the Verification Commission:
– the support of services on the russian camera, resulting in the WSI serving more than 300 troops forming leadership, trained by the criminal, russian GRU;
– Illegal trafficking in arms in cooperation with global criminals including the presently convicted and serving conviction in the US Monzer al Kassar (he got 30 years in prison and Poland is listed in the indictment act as a country supporting his network!).
To this end, a peculiar cell was created which led and protected this trade and besides formed companies to a company with B. WSI agents which gained a privileged position in arms trafficking;
– maintaining an agentry among entrepreneurs, whose existence was hidden from superiors in the government by lying to, among others, the Prime Minister of the Government (e.g. in the energy sector, including in Orlen);
– conduct media surveillance through the maintenance of agents in the major nationwide media, and influence agent, including TVN, in Polsata and in the Public Television, PAI, as well as in the main weeks specified as ‘Wprost’, ‘Policy’, ‘Puls Biznesu’, in the journals ‘New Europe’, ‘Gazeta Wyborcza’, ‘Tribuna’, ‘The Young Flag’, ‘The Life of Warsaw’, ‘Gazeta Śląska’, ‘Kurier Polski’, ‘Gazeta Bankowa’, ‘Super Express’, PR, Radio Parliament, any newspapers were even founded for surveillance; and in parliamentary offices, universities, banks and ministries ;
– surveillance of Church people;
– to tolerate Russian infiltration in Poland, preventing the elimination of identified Russian penetration;
– Obstruction of the FOZZ investigation by concealing from the prosecution the actual scope of the military services in this case;
– concealing the well-known criminal activities of the military services from the communist period, specified as falsifying documentation and substituting fictional persons, in fact service agents to extort inheritances from erstwhile Polish citizens living, among others, in the USA, Canada and France;
– to tolerate and conceal common crime among WSI soldiers, and in peculiar alcoholism, to usage underground housing for private purposes for themselves and their families; and to transform these apartments into dating homes;
– to tolerate and accept illegal usage of disqualified SB officers to make a WSI agent network;
– threatening the safety of Polish soldiers and the Polish state by creating a fictional agent network on missions;
– systematic deception of the Polish State and allies about the anticipation of capturing the leadership of terrorists and extortion from the Polish State of respective 100 1000 dollars;
– threatening the safety of the Polish State through the unlawful issue of many 100 safety certificates, alleged certificates, to persons who do not meet the basic safety conditions;
– threatening the safety of the state, inter alia, by falsifying offset conditions in 1 of the major arms contracts;
– tolerance of mafia structures at the Military method Academy, which exposed the Treasury to losses of respective 100 million zlotys, which were never recovered. (based on a message from the WSI liquidator).
PAP 2007-11-06 (20:11)
President Lech Kaczyński received an annex to the study on the verification of the Military Information Services, said presidential minister Michał Kamiński. He stated that the paper had reached the president last night from Monday to Tuesday.
The annex full documented shows, among others,
– the state of infiltration of the Polish economy by the erstwhile Communist military agent – II board of the General Staff of the Polish People's Republic
– the corrupt function of these people in any of the top privatisation years.
– WSI activities in the fuel and energy sector.
– the spheres of activity and successes of the richest Poles, Polish oligarchs, for example, shows the activity of Ryszard Krauz and his group Prokom and the activity of Jan Kulczyk.
– mechanics of formation around WSI officers of certain pathological systems, which had a strong informal impact on policy decisions.
One of the “heroes” of the annex to the WSI resolution study is Bronisław Komorowski. According to B. WSI verifier, Komorowski did not fight agents inside WSI, or even advance officers suspected of cooperating with Russia.
Eight – a paged annex was waiting for declassified in the office of president Lech Kaczyński.
November 2007
Let us turn the level to Marshal Komorowski (Sygn. Act PR-IV-X-Ds. 26/07 Minutes of the witness hearing. Warsaw on 24.07.2008, at 13.07.).
"For the second time I met Colonel Lichocki in November 2007, he came to me through the intermediation of General Józef Buczyński, the head of the personnel department and then the military attache in Beijing.
General Józef Buczyński informed me that there is simply a colonel who may have information applicable to me, including personally concerning me.
He mentioned the name of Colonel Lichocki. I decided to accept him in my post office at Krakowskie Przedmieście Street.
This was around 19 November 2007.
Lichocki came alone. No 1 else participated in the conversation with him. Mr Lichocki in his conversation with me suggested the anticipation of reaching either the text, or the content of the full or the passage concerning my individual – an annex to the WSI report.
It was no surprise to see my name in the annex. Earlier, the press suggested that my individual should be included in this report. In a conversation Lichocki did not specify directly, but that he has this anticipation through his contacts. He didn't make any demands. I initially expressed interest in his proposal. Who the hell was he? LICHOCK
An officer of Communist WSW services, trained by the KGB in Moscow inactive in the 1980s. In 2007, he informed journalists – and as you can see, Marshal Komorowski – that he had access to an annex to the WSI verification report.
Which, of course, was complete bullshit. But it was utilized as a tool to attack the Verification Commission. On the another hand, his relation with abroad services, Komorowski emphasizes in evidence in the prosecutor's office. So he knew about them as a deputy minister overseeing counterintelligence. And yet, he told Lichocki he was curious in his proposals.
The marshal was informed by L. that the material from the annex concerns his person. And he wanted to know top-secret documents, involving him in this operation.
The gathering with L. was not a surprise to you, due to the fact that he was recommended by the longtime associate of Komorowski by General Józef Buczyński.
Colonel Lichocki has been 1 of the more dangerous men associated with military peculiar services for years, operating in business-political and journalistic environments.
For example, he knew General Mark Papala well and the environment in which he turned.
At the time of the end, PRL L. was the head of the Board of the Military interior Service, which dealt with the central institutions of MON and the people who worked in the most crucial offices of the ministry.
So the head of this institution knew many details, various decisions made by people of the communist apparatus, especially during the transition. That is most likely why Mr. L. in the early 1990s entered as a shareholder in various companies and financial interests with these people.
- was associated with the Military Property Agency. He was an advisor to the Deputy Head of that institution, introduced himself, among others, as an expert of the Agency's Protection Team. He was besides a associate of a peculiar squad working on right-wing parties from 91-93. It was a group formed under the patronage of General Bula, no longer in the military structures.
July 2008
Komorowski testified at the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw. The proceeding was not duly conducted. It lacked many uncomfortable questions for Komorowski.
September 2008
The findings of “Wprost”, “Polish Gazeta” and “Rzeczpospolita” show that Bronisław Komorowski’s activity may besides have been aimed at trying to compromise the WSI Verification Commission.

Bronisław Komorowski assumes the duties of the president of the Republic of Poland with gross violation of the Constitution's provisions.

The adoption of the President's duties has been grossly violated by the Constitution. Taking into account the circumstances of events from the tragic 10th of April 2010, it is justified to fishy that there was a real coup in Poland with the usurpation of the power of the president of Poland by the Marshal of the Polish Sejm.
Marshal of the Polish Sejm, Bronisław Komorowski took over the duties of the president under Article 131(2) of the Constitution, which enumerates the cases of the Marshal taking over the duties of the President. These include:
1) the death of the president of the Republic,
2) resignation by the president of the Republic,
(3) annul the election of the president of the Republic or another reasons for not taking office after the election,
4) designation by the National Assembly of the permanent incapacity of the president of the Republic to exercise office on grounds of health, by a resolution adopted by a majority of at least 2/3 of the statutory votes of the number of members of the National Assembly,
5. submission of the president of the Republic to the Court of State.
Taking over duties by the talker of the Sejm was announced publically on April 10, 2010 around noon. The first actual acts carried out under the authority of the talker of the Sejm acting as president of the Republic of Poland (e.g. announcement of national mourning) were carried out before 2 p.m.
At the time erstwhile the talker of the Sejm Bronisław Komorowski formally and in fact assumed the duties of president of the Republic of Poland under Article 131(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, there has not yet been a formal declaration of the death of president of the Republic of His Excellency Lech Kaczyński.
Both from the letter and from the spirit of the law (there was inactive immense information chaos at the time and there was conflicting information about people who could last the plane crash in Smolensk) the president of Poland. prof. Kaczyński was a missing individual in those hours.
Taking over the duties of the president by the talker of the Sejm in the event of temporary inability to exercise office (and as specified against the closed catalogue of reasons under Article 131(2) should be considered to be the President's disappearance) is governed by Article 131(1) of the Polish Constitution.
I quote the wording of this article, conviction 2 et seq.:
"When the president of the Republic is incapable to notify the talker of the Sejm of the impossibility of holding office, then the Constitutional Court decides to establish an obstacle to the President's office on a proposal from the talker of the Sejm. In the event that the president of the Republic is deemed temporarily incapable to hold office, the Constitutional Tribunal shall entrust the talker of the Sejm with the temporary performance of the duties of president of the Republic’.
At the same time, it should be noted that there was no case with Article 30(1) of the civilian Code, where the anticipation of recognising as a deceased participant, among others, air travel is regulated.
This provision requires six months from the date of the disaster.
The first information on the recognition of president Lech Kaczyński's body did not appear until Saturday evening.
In conclusion, the takeover of the President's duties has been a gross violation of the Constitution's provisions, constituting a constitutional delict.
Taking into account the circumstances of events from the tragic 10 April 2010, it is justified to fishy that there was a real coup in Poland with the President's usurpation of power by the Marshal of the Polish Sejm.
THE ‘HRABILITY’ OF KOmorov'S BRONISLAW
According to the Free Trade Union portal https://ex.wordpress.com/ The grandpa of Bronisław Komorowski, Osip Szczynukowicz, is simply a rezun seconded by the russian Revolutionary Komintern to diversion in extra-boned areas, taken by the Treaty of Versailles.
During the Polish-bolshevik War, Komorowski's grandpa was a checker in Tuchaczewski's army and after a harsh beating in the conflict of Niemne in 1920 he was taken prisoner in Poland.
His evidence of the prisoner of war was preserved.
In October 1920, the grandpa of Komorowski managed to escape and took refuge in Lithuania in Kowalyszki at the Polish nobility named Komorowski. The property owners died at the hands of the Russians, and Szczynukovich took their name. In 1925 Sigismund Leon Komorowski, the father of Bronisław Maria, was born there.
After the Red Army expelled the Germans from Lithuania in late 1944. Zygmunt Leon Komorowski joins the Polish army in Berling's army. It serves in the 12th Kołobrzech Infantry Regiment and is rapidly promoted to an officer's degree.

"Zygmunt Komorowski, my father (1925-1992), during the time of the alleged first russian business and during the German business he acted in the conspiracy (pseudo "Kor"), and from autumn 1943 he was in the AK.
At the end of the war, my father went to Poland with Łupaszka.
The Bolsheviks caught him with a weapon in his hand, but they didn't shoot him like a 100 others, they just put him in jail.
For a gold ring, Granny's defender led him out of a cell where the prisoners went under a stint, to 1 where the recruits were sitting in Berling's army.
Let Bronek explain this “wonder over miracles” that here is an AK soldier from the Lupadzka branch, a deadly enemy of the Soviets and Polish traitors, caught with a weapon in his hand, in a fewer months he becomes an LWP officer.
If the facts given by the Bronk that his father was in the Łupaszka branch are true, then the only explanation for this “miraculous” is that Zygmunt Leon Komorowski, Bronisław's father, was a russian agent.
He was besides Bronek's son, who, as indicated by the leak from the secret annex to the WSI report, was a russian agent operating in the Polish WSI.
And that is most likely why the president of Poland – Bronisław Komorowski, during the first hours after the Smolensk disaster, made certain that the secret annex to the WSI study stored in the presidential palace – was in his hands.
