The introduction of parities is an anti-female recipe

– I can't imagine a more anti-female recipe than putting parities on any board. I find it hard to imagine the greater insult a female in the workplace can hear than the information that: yes, the woman gets a seat on the board, but only due to the fact that the parity obliges us to do so, not due to the fact that your competence has led you here. Really, in Poland we have fantastic women in all area of social life. Women with tremendous powers, with large experience. In most areas of social life, women do not request parities – in no area do they request parities to make a career there.

It's hard for a female to be insulted more than to tell her that she gets a seat on the board just due to the fact that it forces a parity alternatively than her competence.

The wage gap in Poland is the smallest in all Europe, and in east provinces, the most conservative ones, is even reversed, that women gain on average more than men. So that's not an argument.

If there are problems in sports relationships with the casting of competent women, athletes, top places in the hierarchy, they do not consequence from the deficiency of parities. They consequence in a profoundly flawed strategy and a flaw in this strategy being seen at the top, right? In the ministry of Mr Nitras, who seemingly does not tolerate women in his surroundings, in his management, and wants to force sports unions specified an impertinent, simply idiotic method of the paragraph warrant to have “some women” employed there.
