In today's discussion at the RMF FM Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz commented on the increasing electoral protests and demands for recalculation of votes.

According to him, the fears of any participants in the process do not have adequate grounds and do not reflect the opinions of most Poles.

Looking at the scale of even these protests, I see no reason to number all the votes. I don't feel that way. I think I besides represent the voice of most Poles.
– said Deputy Prime Minister.

Kosiniak-Kamysz stressed that despite the natural request to clarify doubts, the scale of the protests does not indicate a threat to the result of the election.

There is simply a desire to explain the electoral protests in our fellow countrymen and it is natural, but there is no sense that it would be on a scale that would change the election result in any way. This election consequence is clear to me. He's like that, not different. – added.

He further pointed out that excessive emotion surrounding protests could undermine the stableness of the state and transparency of the full electoral process.

We may have had our sympathy, larger, smaller in these elections, but present the excessive emotions that are aroused in this subject, in my opinion, do not service the stableness of the state and specified transparency besides the electoral process – said Head of PSL.

Meanwhile, the ultimate Court reported that 10,515 electoral protests were registered today, with a full of nearly 50,000. So far, 98 applications have been examined, which have been left unrun. The SN points out that around 90% of applications are based on the models made available by Mr Roman Giertych, which has greatly burdened the administration of the court.

In consequence to this information, associate of the Civic Coalition, Roman Gierty announced on platform X that he would address the announcement to the prosecution.

"In all 50,000 electoral protests from my model, we requested that they be transferred to the Labour and Social Insurance Chamber. According to her statement, our protests have been stolen by neojudges.”
– wrote.

Both parties declare their willingness to comply with electoral law and follow procedures, but the scale of protests and common accusations may undermine the transparency and stableness of the electoral process.
