Ukrainian social activist Natalia Panchenko warns that anti-Ukrainian rhetoric in Poland can lead to street conflicts against a national background.

In March 2023 in an interview with RMF FM Pachenko said that the Ukrainian community in Poland is very well organized. “It would be good if individual represented us in the Sejm,” she said.

“If this community is so large, individual should represent it. But so far we haven't thought about it, most likely due to the fact that most of these people inactive have Ukrainian citizenship, no Polish citizenship, no voting rights in Poland," she said, referring to people who came to Poland after 24 February 2022.
