We will submit a bill to limit the abuse of temporary detention

We have a scandalous arrest case. Rafał Baniak, the Head of Employers of Poland, erstwhile Deputy Minister, who He was in jail for 199 days and wasn't even interrogated.There was no action against him. And only after a heart attack, he was released from custody to save his life.

We have a situation. Piotr Osieckiwho 19 months in custody and has been extended respective times, and to date, although It's been 5 or six years since the indictment went to trial..

There are many specified scandalous situations. That's why we gotta cut it short.
