– Today, together with Grzegorz Braun on behalf of the Confederate, we stand here to give our comments on the fresh and earlier actions of the Minister of Justice, prof. Bodnar.
This comment is very brief. Minister, we call for resignation.
Truly, all of these events we are witnessing, all of these declarations, they are 1 whole: inability to execute this office constructively. Whether we take counter-intelligence protection procedures, sensitive, delicate proceedings against abroad spies; whether we take delicate political matters related to the freedom of assembly, encroaching on political circles; whether we take the possible of the alleged restoration of the regulation of law, that is, the cleaning up of the mess with which we have remained after the regulation of law and justice. In each of these things mistakes and deficiency of any constructive plan!
Access to Mr. Rubcov's secret file, a confirmed spy who pretended to be a Spaniard, turned out to be a Russian officer, a military intelligence officer, and he was staking out in the present here, right behind our cameras, a journalistic elite, for months, possibly years. It turns out that as a consequence of the errors of the prosecution, the deficiency of supervision of the investigation in the case of espionage, he was not only working here in the Sejm, he was besides at the secret law firm of the ABW, learning the details of the counterintelligence to which he was subjected – and with this knowledge, as part of the exchange of spies, performed not only by Poland but by the American state, he simply went to Moscow.
This neglect of the obligation, which is appropriate supervision of delicate proceedings and what the subordinates of Minister Bodnar are doing, prosecutors throughout the country, especially here in Warsaw, due to the fact that these proceedings in abroad spy matters are not conducted in all regional or regional prosecutor's office, they focus primarily here in Warsaw.
Another issue, delicate, related to resumed proceedings concerning, among others, the March of Independence. We warned that this substance was daunting, that these proceedings were resumed for ideological reasons. And what the prosecutor is doing under Minister Bodnar is simply a comedy! He seeks a non-existent list of names and decides to search the apartments of randomly selected people associated with the authorities of Stow. The independency March and the offices that were not the offices of the independency March during the 2018 independency March – to track the supposedly existing lists of members of the 2018 independency March Guard. And to you, the lawyer General and Minister Bodnar, brief information: if you can't supervise your prosecutors to carry out their activities deliberately, carefully, for example, by coming to the places of search that he manages, and not that the police gotta ask everything on the phone, what to do; for example, by indicating what things to do, and not by sending the police to a place where there are three, 4 or more registered entities, and the police don't know precisely what to do on the spot, and the prosecutor didn't come due to the fact that he didn't want to, had more urgent cases?
This is simply a comedy, you're liable for this comedy. We will not complain that we are victims due to the fact that we do not feel victims. The victims are Poles, due to the fact that it is your actions and your prosecutors that reduce the safety of the Warsawers. due to the fact that all police officer pulled distant from pursuing real bandits and dealing with members of various associations and their binders with papers and service laptops, is simply a policeman 1 little who pursues bandits. And there are no police officers in Warsaw! People from all over the country work here due to the fact that there are no police in Warsaw. Dramatic.
Minister, don't you know that you come up with stupid responsibilities that your subordinates don't even supervise later? The D.A.s for good things are missing, too. The specified fact that this case, first behind Ziobry, was conducted for a year and a half and now, under your rule, it is being conducted again, taking time for prosecutors to prosecute real criminals. That's absurd, sir.
Like for violating the civilian rights of people who carry out legal activity in Poland and did nothing wrong. The 3rd issue, of course, is the most fresh case, possibly the biggest calibre, that is, these unfortunate announcements from Friday about the fact that there will be any verification of judges, called within the framework of the fresh demoliberal dialogue, utilized by this centreleft of European options – called “neosaurs”. It's doing precisely what PiS did, only on an even larger scale. With his inept actions, the Law and Justice led to the delegation of the KRS, part of the ultimate Court and the Constitutional Court.
Currently Minister Bodnar is going to delegitimate respective more 100 judges and make chaos on a much larger scale than we have at the moment. The function of the Minister of Justice is to bring justice. It is not justice to punish respective 100 people who entered the judiciary state, appointed in accordance with the Constitution by the president and execute their duties, to punish for the fact that PiS and Platform politicians and Eurocrats from the European Union have quarreled among themselves. Your role, gentlemen, is to come to an understanding. This is what the Confederacy proposes, speaking of a constitutional reset. If you can't find an agreement, if you're not even looking for it, resign.
Slow down the Justice Minister's chair. Let individual else from your camp come along, possibly a small better to deal with these challenges. Really, it's not that 1 is simply a candidate for the minister of justice and this is prof. Bodnar. Watching all these actions gives us the impression of deep incompetence and deep deficiency of vision. Just due to the fact that individual has a degree in law doesn't mean he's a minister of justice. The choice that prof. Bodnar made is most likely only related to 1 fact: that he has no political position on the Civic Platform and Donald Tusk at any convenient minute can simply change it. It seems that prof. Bodnar himself does not full realize this role, which is why we service the council, are aware, call for resignation.
