We are 3 years from the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. We sent weapons, ammunition. Until now, we haven't renewed these reserves, built weapons and ammunition factories. We didn't build an industrial base.
Three years after the outbreak of the war, we produce ammunition a year for 3 days of fighting. And we're not taking any real steps to change that.
