A very interesting discussion related to the start of the election of the well-known sports writer Krzysztof Stanowski was started in the “Polish Thoughts”. I'll put my 3 cents in this discussion, too.
I never liked Stanowski due to the fact that the media associated with him repeatedly attacked a squad he was rooting for. Stanowski himself is associated with the erstwhile owner of a Warsaw sports team. Its own Channel Zero is teeming with Atlantists, gedroyists, and extremist Ukrainianphilia. Stanowski himself repeatedly attacked the Russian Federation and bid for radicalism with the politicians of COPIS and their appetizers. I believe that Krzysztof Stanowski's capabilities are overestimated.
Recognition problems
In October 2024 the Public Opinion investigation Centre published test on the social reception of political journalists. In general, 49% of respondents associated Krzysztof Stanowski. The writer from Warsaw has the highest designation in the age group 25-34 – it is 86% in this group. Stanowski achieves good results in the youngest group of respondents -18-24 years, in which he is associated with 59%. More than 56% of respondents associate Krzysztof Stanowski in the 35-44 age group. In the oldest age group 65 plus Stanowski has 28% recognition.
Zelenski candidate for Russian-speaking east
In the discussion on Stanowski's launch, the Ukrainian subject was to compare him to the erstwhile president of Ukraine Vladimir Zelenski. In my opinion, this comparison is growing. Zelenski in his presidential run appealed to average people. The name of his organization – the Servant of the People – already mentioned it. The comedian from the thin Horn talked about peace, reconciliation with the inhabitants of Donbas and at the same time about European integration. Zelenski won across Ukraine (except for the part of Donbas controlled by Kiev and the number population of the confederate part of the Odes region – there he won a declaratively pro-Russian candidate associated with the gas clan Yuri Boyko from the Opposition Platform Behind Life, and in east Małopolska won neo-Bander oligarch and then president Petro Poroshenko). Zelenski won both in the country and in the cities. He attracted young people from southeast Ukraine to the vote. In 2022, in the territory of the Kherson, Donetsk, Lugansk and Zaporosian regions, the Russian Federation held a referendum on the nationality of these territories. Looking at the accounts of the referendum and seeing the young people involved, especially in cities specified as Berdiansk and Melitopol, I could have assumed a prioriThat they were erstwhile voters of Zelenski. Besides, in areas controlled by the Russian Federation, not only people from the Opposition Platform for Life, the oligarchs' people applied for accession with Moscow. Rinata Achmetova, but besides representatives of the Servant of the People. On the side of Moscow, a deputy of the ultimate Council from the Kherson region passed Alexey Kowalov. Kowalov belonged to the faction of the Servant of the People.
Young fewer candidates

In the 1950s and 1960s (these are age groups, among which Stanowski has small recognition) nearly 800,000 children were born in Poland in any years, and in the low demographic period the number of children born and so oscillated around 600 thousand. In these age groups, comparatively fewer people have been affected by labour migration, a large part of these people live in Poland.
PO and PiS cultists
Stanowski's problem, but besides any another policy in our country, is that unfortunately, mostly PO and PiS voters are not voters of these parties, but mostly adherents to these groups. Very fewer people vote for the PiS, then for the PO, or the another way around. In 2023, many PO voters voted tactically for the 3rd Road, but the votes stay in the household anyway. It is worth noting that it is among the younger voters that changes in political orientation frequently occur, due to the fact that young people are more critical of the surrounding reality, will have no opposition or will have small opposition to scope for any counter-systemic content. Unfortunately, there are fewer young people in our homeland, and the voters of older people dominate, who, apart from a fewer exceptions, are followers of the Law and Justice and the Law and Justice and nothing is able to origin critical thinking.
Deluded analogies
I will not agree that the same forces are behind Simon Holovnia, Paul Kukiz And Stanowski. Kukiz emphasized the message to the electorate excluded, to people dissatisfied with the Komradorian authorities in our homeland. Although he performed on Majdan, in his election run he emphasized multi-vector views. due to the fact that Paul Kukiz had a long phase career, he was associated with a broad spectrum of voters. He spoke decisively and simply, hence he was attractive to very many voters mostly with patriotic deviation. Kukiza's candidate led to a majority of his voters in the second circular voting for Andrzej DudaAnd without Kukiza's campaign, not necessarily these voters would appear in both the first and second circular of elections. At a later time, the PiS took in very rapidly elected MPs from the list of Kukiz 15. The promoter of Holowna is Michał Kobosko from the Atalntic Council. adequate to know who's behind this political project.
There's nothing to overestimate.
Krzysztof Stanowski mainly criticizes Rafał Trzaskowski in his media. Stanowski will attract young moderately liberal men from large cities who will vote for him together with their wives and partners. Before the second circular he may attack Trzaskowski and it will be a signal for his electorate to stay home, or vote for Karol Nawrocki. However, I will be very amazed if the Warsaw writer gets a two-digit result. Krzysztof Stanowski should not be underestimated but should not be overestimated.
