“In the country of lawlessness there is strength. And that is precisely what happens!”

Deputy talker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak on YouTube:
– It was expected to be a return of the regulation of law, it was expected to be a consultation, it was good to be a simplification of political conflict in Poland, and it is precisely the opposite. What's happening in fresh days can truly make you dizzy.

We've got a crack in the judiciary. The courts do not recognise their judgments. The ultimate Court, which is called upon to guarantee the consistency of the case law in Poland, went on to say that the 2 disputed Chambers, composed of different judges, measure the same case and issue 2 pairs of conflicting judgments.
One Chamber repeals the provisions of the Marshal of the Sejm on the expiry of the mandates of Members Wąsik and Kamiński. The second Chamber considers that this is in force. Everyone can choose the sentences they like.

We don't have disciplinary justice to control it anymore. due to the fact that the European Union has requested the Polish State to de facto paralyze, eliminate. The Constitutional Court is not recognized by the fresh authorities. The President's prerogatives to pardon are not respected, due to the fact that a large group of lawyers seem to think that the president should not do what he has done and what the Constitutional Court has judged to be compatible with the Constitution. To whom do you believe in this situation? I don't know.

There's power in the state of lawlessness. And that's precisely what happens.

The police come and take over, and this is the editorial office (the court later finds it illegal), and it is at the Presidential Palace that detains people who, according to some, are MPs, others say they are not MPs. And for both versions, we have court decisions.

This is simply a situation we didn't want to see after changing power. It wasn't expected to be like this, Mr. Tusk, Mr. Kosiniak, Mr. Czarzasty and Marshal Holovnia. It wasn't expected to be like this. That's not what you said. You said there would be a consultation with the opposition. We, as a Confederate, have not, in all these matters, been invited to any consultations.

We would like to live in a regulation of law. We would like people who have committed crimes to bear the consequences. But this cannot be done in an atmosphere of lawlessness and political vengeance.
