Subject: Parliamentary intervention in the Ministry on the policy of mass labour immigration to Poland in the context of the visa scandal.
Krzysztof Bosak:
– Media information indicates that visas to Poland, allowing legal immigrants from countries from another continents – Africa, Asia – to enter, were traded. For us, this information is not very new. They've been on the net or in the press for a long time. In February, news was made public about the astonishingly advanced number of full permits for immigrants from Muslim states. The number of permits to enter the labour marketplace was referred to. The Ministry later justified itself that not all entered Poland. It was already then that information about irregularities in issuing visas appeared.
The full issue of visa service is not new. The difficulty with mass traffic has been for a long time. This was an argument for expanding employment in establishments in any countries, specified as India. We besides had immense tensions, lobbying games around which company will service contact between foreigners who want to come to Poland and structures of the administration of the Polish state, specified as embassies or consulates. This is handled by large global corporations.
– On the another hand, what Radio ZET has given are the tops of everything! That means visas could be purchased on the street outside the embassy in 1 of the African countries. We pointed out that the data concerning the entry of foreigners into Poland are radically dispersed with propaganda of the government of PiS. That this data shows that immigrants from all over the planet enter Poland as if nothing had happened.
For respective years, Poland has been ranked number 1 for European countries, the first legal permits to enter the European Union for foreigners outside the European Union. In fresh years, according to these media estimates, it is estimated that 350 000 people could enter Poland! We're not talking about people pushing a barrier at the border that goes through the green border. We're talking about people who were based on papers that they received as a consequence of any forgery or corruption. The case where the CBA is now active in the Ministry of abroad Affairs.
We want to ask if the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy besides knew about this. Is this besides where the services carry out verification activities, due to the fact that this ministry is besides liable for this process.

According to Eurostat data, Poland only issued in 2022 to foreigners from 148 countries as many as 740 1000 permits for first stay!
