Robby Starbuck Newsom, an American conservative activist, a erstwhile music video manager who unsuccessfully applied for a seat in the legislature as an independent candidate from Tennessee in 2022, now successfully runs campaigns hitting DEI-based companies (diversity, number preference and inclusion). Under its influence, another large construction company Lowe’s departed from the "wake" policy.

Last week Starbuck was expected to contact Lowe’s (sale of construction materials), informing that he was planning to mark her due to supporting homosexual parades.

"Washington Post" states that the company, fearing a possible boycott, had changed its DEI policy in advance. She abandoned the creation of employment groups based on "sexual identity". It will besides reduce the sponsorship of the “brown” programs, end its participation in the “brown” Pride marches and another social events. It will besides not send data on its pro-homosexual policy to Human Rights Campaign.

Lowe’s company joins another well-known companies specified as Harley Davidson, Tractor Supply and combine harvesters that have changed their DEI policy in fresh months.

Corporations active in sex indoctrination of workers and in support of depraved social events, specified as " gay pride marches" are forced to change their policies not only for fear of a boycott from consumers, but besides due to court rulings, questioning the discriminatory policies of companies favoring representatives of alleged sex minorities specified as Starbucks, Meta and Pfizer.

Activist Starbuck suggests that America is “starting to wake up”. A decision of the ultimate Court of June 2023, which annulled affirmative action in admissions to college, is of no importance.

DEI covers a wide scope of practices utilized by corporations, which effort to favour – at the expense of most citizens – selected social groups due to "sexual orientation"/"sexual identity, race, etc., as they were to be discriminated against in the past. Until recently, under the pretext of ensuring access to equal opportunities, students had precedence in admission to college at the expense of capable white students. The decision of the SN of 2023 amended that.

The DEI policy on the impact on recruitment programmes, promotion at work, besides includes forcing another workers to “tear” training, etc. It is discriminatory, hence many lawsuits questioning DEI policies in schools, government and corporations across the US. Anti-DEI laws are adopted in parts of Republican states, which affect non-financial reporting of the ESG.

So far, many companies have taken preventive action, safeguarding themselves against legal threats. Either the DEI initiatives were completely abandoned, or they were importantly reduced, the program brand changed or interior DEI teams were rebuilt. The inclusion of racial and sex issues in employment and promotion and identity-based programmes, specified as groups of labour resources for colored people and LGBTQ+ employees, has been abandoned.
