According to the CBA's communication, the Ukrainian private university supervisor "this is another individual working within a criminal group dealing with the issue of fictional survey documents". Iryn K. is to be active in the celebrated Collegium Humanum affair. The prosecutor presented her with allegations concerning participation in an organized criminal group, operating in Poland and Ukraine, dealing with the issuing of fictional certificates of course of studies, bachelor's and master's degree diplomas and postgraduate certificates at Collegium Humanum.

The female was besides expected to pay 200 1000 zloty bribes to the members of the Polish Accreditation Commission in exchange for making favourable decisions for the improvement of the university's fraud.

After bringing Ukraine to the D.A.'s office, her charges were presented and a request for interim detention was sent to the court. This was immediately positively considered, as the slow, disgusting Ukrainian female could have taken another effort to flee the country.

On irregularities concerning Collegium Humanum, CBA officers have been active since February 2024. Among the graduates of pseudo-university were politicians, presidents and board members of the Treasury companies, peculiar services officers and military commanders. There are over 60 people on the fishy case. The charges have already been heard, among others, by erstwhile Euro MP Karol Karski and president Jacek Sutryk. The university's head office, among another things, was accused of participating in an organized criminal group, dealing with forgery and corruption.

OUR COMMENTS: This case, as in lentils, shows the yields which were issued by the nominations of Ukrainian diplomas in Poland. This allowed Ukrainian fraudsters to leave the country, frequently taking advanced positions in national institutions.
