Ukrainian power has staff shortages in the military and needs "gun meat" to fight Russia. Therefore, the Ukrainian parliament passed the act on mobilization, and the Ukrainian consulates in Poland had a "failure" of issuing passports.

The ultimate Council of Ukraine passed the Act on Mobilization. The paper provides for a number of changes to the current recruitment procedure for the Ukrainian army, including extending the powers of authorities to issue online calls. On Tuesday (23.04.2024) the bill was signed by president Volodymyr Zelenski. In a month, the fresh law will enter into force.
