Today, on May 20th, before the Sanoku territory Court, a judgement was passed on insults and threats of criminal beatings directed to our editor-in-chief Radosław Patlewicz, celebrated left-wing patostrimers – Wojciech Olszański and Marcin Osadowski.
Many times convicted criminals have been punished again. This time in their case, pending before the Sanoku territory Court sygn. II K293/23 was sentenced to fines and allowances.
Patostrimer Marcin Osadowski and Wojciech Olszański were celebrated for their many vulgarisms and for their false impersonation of Polish patriots in order to ridicule the right and nationalists, according to the concept of environments akin to the Wyborcza Newspaper, according to which Polish patriots are vulgar chamas and simplets. They besides have in their account the praise of the Targowice Confederation, the Polish People's Republic, the executioner of Poles, General Ivan Sierov of NKWD, Władysław Gomulka, Bolesław Piasecki, as well as supporting abortion on request and vulgar slogans at the address of the Holy Scriptures.
These views form part of an highly left-wing agenda, served by Gazeta Wyborcza and another anti-Polish centres, which want to lie the past of our country and discourage Poles from cultivating Poland.
Olszański and Osadowski were charged with Art. 190 kk (the threats of beating) and 216 kk (the insult).
Wojciech Olszański avoided testifying in the D.A.'s office until he was yet brought to her by force in September 2022. At the prosecutor's stage, Marcin Osadowski refused to testify.
In the course of the judicial cord and in the final speeches, the defendants claimed that Radosław Patlewicz is simply a hired by their political opponents, “an American-Jewish agent”. They besides defended themselves by trying to explain to the court that the programs conducted by them, full of profanity, are not political in character, and they are simply “squeeze-humoristic-atristic, stand-up sitting down”, and since so, they should not be taken seriously.
Moreover, they claimed that their broadcasts were always preceded by an introduction in which they stated that they were comedians, not political activists. At the same time, in another places they stated that they were conducting a serious political movement and even established a organization that goes to power in Poland.
The court noted their harassment and their disregard for the truth. He besides did not believe their explanations that they had been accused as a consequence of the “mental illness” of the victim and his alleged ties with the peculiar services of 3rd countries. It was not documented by them in any way.
The court did not give religion to primitive translations and further defamations by the patostrimers and sentenced them to fines, a tribute to the victim and charged them with the costs of the trial. As he stated in his oral statement, another convictions cannot influence this circumstantial decision, since they were not yet punished at the time of the alleged acts.
The conviction is invalid.
Unfortunately, we have a sad proceeding that the alleged Monitoring Centre for Racist and Xenophobic Behavioral Behaviour has already been able to get into the success of Radosław Patlewicz. She praised his contributions, at the same time calling for contributions to her account. As stated by Radosław Patlewicz himself in its entry on X, this organization is no little socially harmful than “camrats”.
