Donald Tusk announced a peculiar mode of operation at border crossing points with Ukraine on 13 September. The service is to unload congestion and not let truck and tanker clusters to become targets of the Russian attack. For Poles, this means stricter procedures and attempts to defend people and supplies from the effects of the war.
The transitions are expected to work differently.
The announcement came after a briefing at the Government safety Center, convened after a Russian strike close the Polish border. Russia tests the resilience of the Polish state

The Polish consequence should be cool, independent and effective.
The safety of Poles is at stake
The border with Ukraine present is the base of a state fighting Russian aggression, and at the same time a line straight related to the safety of Poland. safety can't mean they're paralyzed.
