It's a secret of the polysine. 1 law portal explained that according to instructions from now on infanticide will be possible for any pregnant female who gets a “paper” from a psychiatrist... Finally, the usage of the "mental wellness protection" category was invented during the regulation of law and justice to extend the spectrum of the admissibility of infanticide without irritanting the electorate. Now Tusk's cabinet has taken this tool to avoid the obstacle that the Constitutional Court's ruling represents for children's suicide efforts. That's what politicians meant.
The usage of the "mental wellness grounds" as an abortion lobby tool is simply a test move. Years ago, it worked perfectly in Spain. Due to the vagueness of this “condition” the child-killing charlatans could freely kill, then drawing their action under the protection of “mental health”. This was not peculiarly difficult. It was adequate that an institution curious in abortion signed a profitable contract with a psychiatrist... In 1 of his publications, the Ordo Iuris Institute pointed out how eager it was to repeat this pattern:
