During Friday's election gathering in Krzeszowice ( Małopolska) Trzaskowski raised the question of alleged wellness education, which is to be taught in schools as optional from September.
The candidate KO for president pointed out that the planned subject teaches “absolute basics” and, according to him, should enter the school. The typical of the ruling camp agreed with the decision to retreat from the request for compulsory character of specified activities. – If I hear quite a few voices that people want their parents to decide, that's okay. This is simply a kind of compromise He said.
– I think it's good to talk to your parents about it and convince them that it makes sense to talk about online behavior, that you gotta teach kids that you can't share intimate content, send pictures online. It is sensible to talk about how to feed and then not have many diseases. I besides think that there is simply a reasonable cognition of the basic principles of biology and our co-existence, but if parents are to decide that, then approx. If they think they can do it better at home – well – said Trzaskowski.

The regulation introducing wellness education presented by the Ministry of Education in the autumn includes, among another things, "replacing sex stereotypes and explaining their negative impact on the functioning of man" within the subject, as well as discussing the concept of psychosexual orientation and its improvement (heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, asexual) and explaining concepts: sex identity, cispority, transsexuality". Only a naive recipient can presume that the presentation of these issues will be in harmony with nature to present only heterosexual attitudes as normative.
