U.S. president Donald Trump said that an American delegation led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio would go to Turkey, where talks between Russia and Ukraine could take place on May 15.
"The talks will take place this Thursday and may have a good result. Our people will go there. Marco Rubio goes there, others go there. Let's see if we can accomplish peace," Trump said at the Riyadh Investment Forum.
He stressed that he was "always engaged" in efforts to end the conflict.
