According to the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, the energy transformation should be “the main navigation of Polish development”. Not economical development, not infrastructure expansion, not the growth of the position of Polish companies in global markets, not even the increase of Poland's defence potential... only the exchange of efficient power plants for utilized windmills and panels imported from Germany.
The energy transformation imposed by the European Union and obediently implemented by the Donald Tusk government has no economical justification for the Polish state's rationale. specified actions can only be explained by the ideological confusion of any politicians or the powerful influence of lobbyists on Polish and European policies.
