To resolve this dispute, a constitutional reset is necessary

– The state of law is presently in a deep crisis. In a crisis that, at this point, can be said to scope a zenith scale! Polarization in society is the same as we see on the streets. The president has, in my opinion, made the right decision, which the Confederate has called for from the very beginning, due to the fact that this dispute we have in Poland is already so powerful that it is hard to keep up with it!
We have a situation where 2 ultimate Court Chambers make 2 completely different decisions due to the fact that 1 Chamber says that 2 convicts are Members, the another Chamber says they are not. And by the way, this House, which states that they are Members, present approves the election result! So we have a situation completely incomprehensible by most Poles and we request to do something about it.

– We have said from the very beginning that the president should pardon the convicts again, in accordance with the resolution of 2017, the ultimate Court has specified a right. And then go to the talks of all the political class representatives yes, to resolve this dispute through a constitutional reset.

– presently this is no longer a legal dispute – due to the fact that 1 lawyer will say yes, another lawyer will say no. This is simply a political dispute. And to resolve this dispute, a constitutional reset is necessary. So that all political forces meet in 1 place and agree that we will zero out the situation that is presently there, and we will work together to work out a situation that can resolve this crisis.

– Today, above all, we request stability, work and withdrawal, a step backwards, precisely in the spirit of state responsibility. This is only proposed by the Confederation, proposing a constitutional reset.

– At this point, there is no state institution in Poland that has yet authority! There is no specified institution! erstwhile we have a situation where the Constitutional Court says otherwise, what the ultimate Court says, we have a problem. This is anarchy. And at this point, without going back a step through all political forces and through the legislative method, through an amendment to the Constitution, the introduction of a constitutional reset and the zeroing of all that is presently in these courts, which are controversial, doubtful – we cannot go any further.

– due to the fact that what happens next? We're about to have a Sejm, are we about to discuss tickets, do they have tickets or don't they? Can the Sejm sit without them or with them? We have a budget coming up. And it turns out that 1 side or the another won't admit the laws that are about to be passed? We're in danger in the Sejm! Consequently, there is no another way than to step back.

– I'm sorry to see all this happening right now. due to the fact that it reminds me of the 1930s, in the interwar, of course. due to the fact that the Polish political class then went to past as an example of warts, privatities, an example of following their own interests and political blindness! As I observe, what both the Law and the Platform are presently doing, due to the fact that the Confederate is not a organization to this dispute as the only political force in Parliament, I regret to say that, in the face of the crisis that we have beyond the east border, and the Russian-Ukrainian war, this could be very bad for us.
