The problem is that Andrzej Domanski has no choice but to pay the money of the Law and Justice Office, if he wants to avoid serious legal consequences. Refusal to pay is clear in violation of Article 231 of the Code, and even those lawyers who have been unfairly questioning the position of judges and the full Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs.
For 3 days we have not known the position of Andrzej Domański, but this is not a violation of the law yet, and "not immediately" is inactive within the limits of reason due to calendar time. The first day after the decision was fresh Year's Eve, and that's a strong alibi. On the another hand, the Minister had 3 full days to make his decision and there is no point in any further delay. There are only 4 options: the money will be paid, the minister will resign, the money will not be paid, the money will be suspended. The first 2 decisions give the minister freedom, the second 2 indictments from 231 k.k.
What will Andrzej Domanski do? It's hard to guess, but the most likely 1 seems to be a madman with a suspension of pay, but that's no way to release the minister from criminal liability. But the full sense of comfort has Donald Tusk, who, without any consequences, can spring the muscles from the most hardened electorate. Theoretically, the Prime Minister could be liable for persuading a crime, but that is highly unlikely. In the end, full work will only be borne Minister of Finance Andrzej Domanski, therefore, it must be well considered whether it wants to be the hero of the “Strong Together” or a free and unpunished citizen.
