All 3 situations were addressed in succession: Prof. Marek ChmajJudge Igor Tuley and prof. Andrzej Zoll. In keeping with this chronology, let us begin by saying to Mark Chmaj:
Since the Prime Minister signed the presidential act, he took work for this act, I do not know the situation in which we could retreat from the countersignature already given. The provisions of the constitutional procedure do not supply for specified a procedure, and the application of civilian law rules specified as error, threat, etc. does not make sense. An active regret is not the thought of a judge's community, nor "Iustitia", nor "Themis". I'm curious myself, where'd this weird part of change come from? I do not imagine that in the 21st century, in the mediate of Europe, anyone is required to humiliate himself and make specified statements. I think it's absolutely unnecessary. (...) I would never say that ‘Iustitia’ could defend ‘neo-judges’, but if anyone was required to make specified statements, I think that here the judicial associations would stand up for them. I would never make specified a statement.
Last but not least, the double blow was brought by Prof. Andrzej Zoll, who in the last decade pulled the law like gum from underpants to justify any illegal actions of the courts, but this time failed:
